One star for: We spent half an hour in the store without ever being greeted. We even walked past the salesmen several times while they remain huddled. I don't like to be stalked, but I would have like to have been acknowledged. One star for: After waiting an addl 10 minutes and finding a salesman, the guy that helped us was quite enjoyable. I actually wanted to make a purchase from him. Bottom line: We were prepared to make a $10k kitchen upgrade purchase, however, We decided not to purchase due to the fact that we were in the store for almost a full hour and never spoken to. I have worked in customer service many years. I don't accept the excuse that "we didn't see you" is valid. When you work on commission, you should be going above and beyond in my opinion. It was a Beautiful store with many show pieces, but the bottom line is that I have gotten much better customer service elsewhere and will take my money elsewhere! read more

I purchased a Bosch Induction Range from Jeff Lynch and paid for delivery and installation. The installer did not level the (4) feet of the range, the range was resting on the counter top with the glass cooktop. This could have caused operational issues with the range. I am thankful that the issue was discovered a couple of days later when the range had to be pulled out in order to remove the gas piping that is preventing the range to be pushed back against the wall. I wrote a letter about this issue to the store manager and he doesn't acknowledge that Jeff Lynch did anything wrong. Even with the Jeff Lynch installer admitting that they failed to level the (4) feet. read more

I moved back to Greenville 2020. I went to Jeff Lynch to purchase a refrigerator for our new home. I was talked out of the Bosch fridge by the sales rep and went with a GE. I was told it would take a month, so I went out and purchased a college fridge in the interim. After 3 months I went into their store and was told by another sales rep the Bosch I wanted was in their warehouse and I could have it in 2 days. I took delivery. The following year the Wolfe range stop working, so I went back to Jeff Lynch to purchase a new range. Again a 4 month wait. Out of the blue I get a call from the rep telling me another couple changed their mind on the Thermador range band. was asked if I wanted it. I thought it odd but said yes. After the first year I started having issues with the range. Jeff Lynch was no help and neither was Thermador. Now after $13,000+ and another $2,000 in repairs I still have a lemon. I think the couple returned this range and they pawned it off on me. Dishonest is how I feel about Jeff Lynch now. No customer service either........they are not the only game in town. I suggest finding a different company to work with. read more

I purchased a sofa, chair and ottoman on 7/6/21, was told 16-20 weeks for delivery. Any communication regarding delays was initiated by me. After 34 weeks the items finally arrived on 3/7/22 and the sofa and chair were the wrong color. I was offered the floor model (that was sitting in the store for over 9 months) with a $100 discount. Horrible experience and now After 8 months I have nothing and they will sell the items for full price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT JEFF LYNCH. We bought a refrigerator from Jeff Lynch after hearing about them from several sources. We went in and talked to a Salesman named Austin White who wanted to find out more what we needed rather than selling us what he wanted. And when we picked the refrigerator it was the exact one we needed at a very good price. The delivery guys are the best in the business. Chris and Garon had to take apart both refrigerators doors everything had to take everything off, in order to get our old one out, and the new one in it's place. And they did it with a smile and a graciousness that is so unusual for service men. Nice salespeople but HORRIBLE communication, delivery and customer service: we will never shop JL again nor would I recommend it. The delivery men broke our brand new top-of-the-line dryer and left it in the garage, stating they would return the next day to fix and install it. Several days passed before a third party tech (not the original guys) arrived to repair the damage, but he would not install (not his practice). The GE refrigerator I purchased was delivered same day, that was great. However after struggling it through my front door and installing it the guys open the door and the lights inside do not work. They called my salesman, Stewart, and we decided the best and quickest fix would be to have it repaired by GE and he set the appointment for me. Repair day, I work over 3 days this week to accommodate the ridiculous 4 hour window for appointment, sit home waiting for the 30 minute estimated arrival time to have no one show up or call. In the meantime I have called GE once in the morning to confirm the appointment and twice as it got late in the day wondering where the repair guy was. First call to check was with an incredibly useless employee who just said "I'm sure he's still coming. Your arrival time is now 5:58pm". Second employee was much more helpful and sympathetic, but couldn't do much to help considering all the dispatch centers were closed for the day. Needless to say nobody showed up. I called Stewart and left a message since they were now closed for the day as well. He called me back first thing in the morning and was very upset at my experience and is sending a replacement refrigerator tomorrow. Awesome!! Very thankful for his quick response!! I would've really liked to have been able to leave the five stars, but after deciding to give Jeff Lynch a second chance and ordering a dishwasher (which was a fiasco all in itself) and like the refrigerator was delivered with a broken part, the middle rack and then sent the wrong rack and not treated in an apologetic manner or actually apologized to at all. And let me not forget to mention the installation guy dropping the old dishwasher hose spilling the most fowl smelling water all over my floor and under the cabinet causing my house to smell like sewer for over 6 hours, which I got to pay $150 for, and again not receiving an apology, I think I'm all out of chances. I should have stuck with Lowe's. Just a little update.... I have now received the second rack replacement, this time it's not only the wrong rack it doesn't even go to my dishwasher. You really can't make this stuff up. Absolutely ridiculous. So wrong rack #3 was delivered today..... this is to stupid for words. Google should allow negative stars. Just for an update..... I'm now about 4 months in and still waiting for Jeff Lynch to get a rack for my dishwasher to replace the one that was broken when it was delivered. They are the absolute worst read more

I'm familiar with Jeff Lynch from my days selling appliances. They were THE store that we competed against in terms of pricing and service. My family recently purchased a home and needed a refrigerator pretty quickly. We went to Jeff Lynch first for the reasons I mentioned earlier. These sales professionals are commission based but we wouldn't have known it by talking to our appliance specialist Arthur. He was friendly and eager to help. While inventory is just terrible right now he was able to find a fridge that met our needs although not a matching brand (waiting until February isn't an option). Overall a fast, efficient experience with a sales professional deserving of a sale. Unfortunately the brand we purchased had an issue out of the box but we are working to resolve this soon. If you are a price comparison shopper (I'm not) make time to at least visit Jeff Lynch. If you need appliances ask for Mr. Lopez. Your experiences may vary. These are mine and I recommend! read more

Well, I see my original review of 1 star has been eliminated by someone at Jeff Lynch. Since I still have a broken down freezer, I will not let this go in-noticed. We purchased out freezer during COVID. We knew it would take awhile to deliver because if supply chain problems, but we thought in four months, we would still need a freezer. Eight months later our freezer was delivered and we were very happy! The delivery people were great and Jeff Lynch was well on the way to 5 stars. Our freezer quit running. We lost a full freezer of food, which we were reimbursed $100.00 for! Repairmen were sent, parts were ordered. Repairmen came back and fixed our freezer. We were happy again. Long story. We broke down three more times. Repairmen were nice but told us since we had the freezer on our back screened in porch, the cold/hot temperatures were to blame, and they would no longer be liable for repairs. If it was unsuitable for a freezer to be on our screened in porch, why were we not told (during delivery, or any of the times the repairmen came to fix it? We had a freezer on our back porch for 8 years in California. We got snow every winter and hot (100 plus degrees!) in the summer. We never had a problem with our freezer! So, now we have a barn/shed with electric for heat and air conditioning and if Jeff Lynch is willing to fix the heater in more time, I will consider revising this one star review. read more

The salespeople treat people according to how much money they have. You can tell they are typical sales people. They are so much nicer the more you buy. I bought a $1200 couch and it was all messed up compared to what it was on the floor. There was a whole between the cushion and the lumbar that I could fit my hand through. The delivery guys couldn't have been nicer. But the sales people might as well be car salesmen. No remorse that your in happy with the purchase. Walked in the store and the sales person saw me and didn't even speak. I had to hunt someone down to help me. They even knew I was coming. Just plain rude. Thank you Bob D. Even though I had to wait months (supplier's fault , not J. Lynch) for the stove I wanted, it was finally delivered. The delivery guys were professional installers, Justin and Caleb. They were careful with my hardwood floors and the installation was flawless and efficient. I appreciated the heads-up calls prior to their arrival as well. Another great experience with the Jeff Lynch team. Both Tim & Russell delivered our new Cafe' ovens, wine cooler, conduction stove top & drawer microwave. In addition, they had the challenge of delivering a leather sectional sofa, chair and coffee table to our second level family room. The moving abilities of both Tom & Russell, dealing with many stairs and a very snug hallway- all completed without damage to our walls, new furniture or floor. In addition, Tim offered to repair a couple of our kitchen table chairs (from Lynch) that were wobbly and had been delivered in February. Tim is clearly a seasoned professional and a five star employee as well as Russell who is newer to the team. We can't say enough good things about the Jeff Lynch Family!! read more

Delivery of our new mattress went very well. Tim Wooten and Darren called Christmas Eve Morning to confirm the delivery. They were very polite and professional. They verified all the information was correct. Item ordered , address Etc. Tim gave us a window of time they would arrive. I have always been satisfied with my purchases at Jeff Lynch, but this one was even better! Stan helped me on the showroom floor immediately when I arrived. He took time to go over all of the washer/dryer options available and answered my questions and concerns. The delivery was set up to meet my schedule and it went off as planned. Garon and Russell called me to confirm timing, they showed up right on time, and carried out the installation in a very professional manner. After all was set up, they took time to make sure all was working well and my questions were answered. This was a great experience! read more

In June of 2022 we visited Jeff Lynch on the recommendation of our contractor to buy all the appliances for our remodel. Service was pretty good and we paid over $10k for appliances. Appliances weren't installed until July of 2022 and we didn't move in until August 2022. One of the appliances we bought was a Frigidaire double oven. We were very happy with all our appliances until late July of 2023 when the double oven completely stopped working. We called Jeff Lynch, and they were adamant there was nothing they could do because we had bought them over a year prior even though we had been using it less than a year. I called Frigidaire directly and they sent a technician out who fixed the problem at no charge. Had Jeff Lynch took the initiative to contact Frigidaire and get this straightened out they would be receiving a five star review, because they couldn't be bothered it's only a two star review. Happy to sell appliances, but aftercare isn't great. read more

The most frustrating experience I've ever had with buying/maintaining appliances, and I've been buying appliances for over 30 years. First- we bought all Bosch appliance for our recently renovated kitchen. (over $7K spent on these inferior products!) DON'T make that mistake. Each one of these Bosch products is terrible in its own way. Jeff Lynch Sales and Service were of little help in resolving our issues. They tried in the beginning, but then quit trying to resolve anything. They even suggested I sell the appliances outright and buy a different brand from THEM. (Seriously) Terrible overall experience. We spent a lot of money for bad products and awful service. Save yourself time and money-- Don't buy Bosch and don't buy from Jeff Lynch. read more

First, I'd like to say this was an absolutely perfect transaction. I called the store and was transferred to the appliance department where my call was answered instantly by Joe Jordan. I was in desperate need of a Double Wall Oven which needed to fit in an existing cabinet, that was an odd size. Joe was informative and knowledgable, giving me options based on availability and the features I wanted. He found my first choice, well within my budget, and in stock. We set up the installation for 2 days later. The installer, Mike Linsky, called to give me an estimated arrive time and was spot on! He was here on time and assessed the necessary cabinet alterations. They were very mindful of dust and debris, making sure nothing was left. He also tackled other issues we had in our home and needed attention. I was so impressed, I asked him for his business cards to distribute to my friends. We went to Jeff Lynch and purchased a washer/dryer, as well as a sofa, sofa table, coffee table, and side table. We purchased the particular items because we were told they were in stock, but we knew the sectional would take 6-8 weeks to arrive because of COVID and custom order. After placing the order, we called a week later asking when the washer/dryer would be delivered because we were told it would take a week. At this time we were told the order hasn't even been placed yet and will be placed on Tuesday. We later get a call that our dryer was out of stock (this was due to COVID and all other stores were also out of stock). We ended up finding one else where and cancelled the dryer but got the washer delivered, and all was good. It is now 8/17 (order placed 7/9), and our couch got delivered today. When they called us about delivery they informed us that the sofa table and coffee table still would be another month or 2 to come in - remind you, we were told that they were in stock the day we picked them out (part of the reason we picked these....). So we ended up cancelling those items. When the sofa got delivered, there was a small puncture hole and another dirt spot. They're supposed to be sending someone out to fix it so I will update after. Additionally, the sofa model in store had nailhead details that we really liked, but the sofa that got ordered instead is the model without nail heads. We had no idea that no nail heads was an option, so we didn't know to say something!! Lastly, every time we called, the operator answering the phone had zero customer service. Our sales person was the only one that could answer any question we had, so it was difficult to get answers. We will not be returning to Jeff Lynch in the future. read more

Just paid off our brand new Cafe french style refrigerator purchased in July of 2021. We expected a 6-8 week delivery on the refrigerator and the washer & dryer that were purchased at the same time. That'd be a September delivery by my count. The washer & dryer never showed so we were forced to cancel that portion of the order and buy elsewhere but Cafe wasn't a brand found easily so we elected to wait. As of this post, 1/11/22, the refrigerator has yet to arrive and the communication received has been less than slim. read more

I will never step foot in this store again if I don't have to. My wife and were sent there by our custom home builder and the customer service was subpar. The person responsible for our builder's account never even acknowledged us. Now granted, he was on the phone, however, after we chased down another employee and they told this person we were waiting on him. My experience was great! We got our order,LG refrigerator sooner than we were expecting. The customer service & delivery was beyond my expectations! Thank you Wesley Mathis & Russell Chalmers. They did a great job. They measured to see which door was wide enough to come in. They did have to take a door off of the hinges. They were careful when bringing in the refrigerator, not to damage it. They put down cardboard to protect my hardwood floors. Once the refrigerator was in place they took all the tape off of the refrigerator inside the door. They cleaned up everything before they left. We just bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer after our brand new Whirlpool we bought 6 months ago from Lowe's and had to "try" and fix it, but the last part took 2 1/2 months and many expensive trips to the laundromat before we finally caved in. I had to have a new refrigerator and I decided to go back to Jeff Lynch since my late husband and I always had great experiences and service from them in the past. The refrigerator was installed by Jeff Lynch Appliances and about 5 days later my year old hardwood floors started warping in my kitchen. My two sons came over and found that the refrigerator was leaking water which was going under the floorboards. We contacted Jeff Lynch and it was turned over to their insurance company who is now giving us the run around. The employees of Jeff Lynch are now telling us that there is nothing that they can do about it and will not help us at all with their insurance company. I am stuck with floors that I am increasingly afraid to walk over since I am 85 years old and in fear of falling and hurting myself. At this point I cannot recommend Jeff Lynch Appliances any longer which I find deeply disappointing. read more

Lemons, lemons, lemons. In July of 2022, I purchased a Maytag Commercial Technology washer/dryer set from this "store". These products came with a 1 year warranty which I understand is industry standard. Within the first 9 months the washer had to have parts replaced on 2 different occasion. Right before the warranty expired, a wiring harness had to be replaced on the dryer. Just last month, after the warranty had expired, I had to replace the heating element. Now, the dryer has gone out again. I spoke with Chris, the service manager, who explained there was nothing they could do but he would be glad to set up a service company to come take a look (at my expense). It's seems as though a company like this would stand behind a product that has been a lemon from the start but no. In fact, Chris suggested that's "why you should always purchase the extended warranty"! Done with Jeff Lynch and I suggest you stay far far away also. Spend your hard earned money with someone who cares and stands behind what they sell. read more

I have never had a better experience buying appliances! I knew what I wanted so decided there was no reason to drive to Greenville so I called! Cas answered my call and immediately was able to help me! I told him what I wanted and he asked if I wanted to hold or have him call me back once he had everything put together. I told him a call back would be fine! Within 15 minutes he called me back, had worked out the best deal for me and told me they could even deliver my new washer and dryer that same day! But wait, it gets better the deliver guys (Matt and Alex I think) called me at 9:50 (50 mins after my purchase) and told me they were 35 minutes away!! They were so professional and were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my new Speed Queen washer and dryer!! By 11:30 I was catching up on my laundry back log!! Having recently moved to the area, I didn't know about Jeff Lynch, and unfortunately purchased a front loading washer and dryer, and a convection microwave from a big box retailer. HUGE mistake. The washer and dryer took several days to arrive, and the washer was badly damaged when it finally came. It should never have been delivered. I discovered later the dryer also exhibited some kind of tapping noise when the drum rotated. The big box folks informed me they'd replace the damaged machine, BUT they'd have to take the newly installed machine back to the warehouse before they could order a replacement. Great policy. So, instead of being without a washer and dryer for the 4 days I had already waited for delivery, it would now be another unknown amount of time before I could expect a replacement. After multiple phone conversations and a visit to the store, I told them to come and pick up BOTH machines, and to cancel my order for the microwave, which had still never arrived. THEN I learned about Jeff Lynch. Oh my word, what a totally different experience. Rowdy was knowledgeable, informative, gracious, and made everything so easy - AND stress free. The appliances were purchased on a Saturday, and delivered 2 days later. (!!!) The delivery/install guys were great, the microwaver installer was great - I just can't adequately express how vastly different this purchase was from the big box fiasco. Also noticed that some items like the washer hose cost considerably less from Lynch than from big box. Please don't make the mistake I did - go straight to Jeff Lynch for quality products, ample selection, reasonable pricing, great customer service, PROFESSIONALISM, and a totally pleasant, positive experience. My wife spent several weeks picking our furniture, comparing fabric swatches, measuring sizes, picking out a couple of pretty expensive sofas, some bar stools and a two or three dressers and cabinets. She was told by the salesman to wait until the holiday sale, so on his advice, she went into the store today to make her purchases, in the neighborhood of seven to eight thousand and to her surprise, the holiday sales prices were HIGHER on the items she had chosen.
