Its going up due to whatever the reason may be. But this went up another 10 dollars. I don't understand if you're older why am I paying so much. Also I got into a tiny accident with some idiot. Mind you nothing happened to this dudes car but the insurance took his side. Which I guarantee my car did not do. This guy just wanted to fix an old car accident he got into. And being we had the same insurance I guess his location looked out for him. While my dust that he claimed messed his car up was overlooked. If my damage was so bad a simple wipe woudl not havw fixed it. Mind you he wanted to settle away from the insurance after he thought he could scare me as if I did something wrong. All to say be careful who you sign up with. I didn't see the ratings on this location before. But I noticed its the same thing. You don't get responses quickly and the reasons used to why it goes up every month just doesn't make sense. Thanks for reading.

I like working with Eagle…read more I've had "Scape Harm" and "Allsnake" among other bigger insurance brands before and wasn't happy with their services compared to their prices. And when I needed them they weren't there. One of the bigger places actually had armed guards and bullet proof glass when you went to hand over your title and receive what little amount they could wittle you down to for your totaled vehicle. If that wasn't telling enough what is? Sadly, many of the people that say "you're in good hands" seem to be in the business for one reason. To take and not to give. Eagle Insurance is my choice. It's a smaller company and I've never had an issue with them. Imho- Go with Eagle if you can. Brad , the renewal manager was amazing. He talked to me personally and through his efforts kept me as a customer. He deserves credit for that. I wonder how many other customers he has saved for Eagle. Next I get an email. Then 3-5 calls and a text. 8x I am reminded to renew. As early as 8:30 am by the way! Lovely for people like me who work nights! After at least 3x (over 3 years) complaining about this (the last time telling them it is almost enough to discontinue using their service) I finally decided it was time to move on. I gave these guys chance after chance. They gave me 3 horrible insurance companies. American Alliance was the absolute worst company ever. Please yelp the insurance company they give you. If American Alliance was not the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I may have overlooked that they disregarded my requests to not receive reminder calls texts and emails to renew and I may have overlooked they aren't open on Saturday and even overlook the fact they do not respond to emails. In addition to the fact they have neglected to send me an insurance card even after emailing them to notify them that I never received one. 1. Calls texts and emails repeatedly at early hours when renewal time comes 2. Does not respond to complaints 3. Does not send proof of insurance even after making them aware 4. Does not reply to emails. 5. Offers the worst insurance companies ever. 6. Closed on Saturdays

I won't bore you with the details, but as a small business employer, I provide my employees with an HMO policy but wanted different coverage for myself. Marcia has provided that policy via BCBS for several years. She realized that due to a change in offerings I could get a better deal by expanding my employee group plan to make it useful for my family as well. Catch was; that meant losing me as a customer. She did what was best for me. Showed me tha path to conversion, etc, knowing that the end result was less commission for her company; but a better outcome for her client. Insurance is complicated, but it is awesome to have an agent looking out for YOUR best interest. That's what I got with Marcia and the Hahn Agency. I would highly recommend them.

I have never had an issue with anyone on Chad's team. They have always been extremely responsive. State Farm is not the cheapest out there, I get that. If I only wanted cheap, I would go to the online guys and shop my coverages. Instead, I know that if I have an issue, a problem, an event that needs to be addressed, I know I can pick up the phone, talk to Chad or any one of his team and get things addressed and resolved. That was it. He then let me know that he was canceling my policy as per my request and within a week I received a check. I would recommend Dave to anyone seeking professionalism from their insurance agents. Note: If you cancel your policy just a few days prior to a payment being drafted from your account, that amount will still be drafted by State Farm then returned to you by check. Just a heads up.
