After 3 weeks picked up mower use for a couple of hours. Would surge on full throttle and die on low throttle. The fuel filter was placed after the fuel pump. When ask him about that he claims that was the way I brought it to him which was a lie. Then he proceeds to tell me that there was no nut holding the starter wire on which is also a lie. But none of this is relative to the repairs because he was suppose to fix no matter how I brought it to him. Would not take the mower back to him after all this. I did take it to a certified dealer and they had to replace throttle and choke cables, another new carburetor because one he put on was a rebuilt one. Please do not take your stuff to him unless you want to be lied to ripped off.
