He was slow on removing vehicles from insurance coverage, about 2-1/2 to 3 months. We never got reimbursement for the time it took him to get this done. We asked to get a lower rate with a different insurance company or a less expensive plan and did not get any help with it. After FIVE months of no action, we decided the cancel our insurance with Duane Weber. We emailed to cancel on 8/13/2019. Dylan has stopped communicating with us, besides the usual email saying he will look into it, even though he does not. As of 10/05/2019 we are STILL having payments withdrawn from our checking account for the insurance that we canceled

Finally tonight I called the 800 number for State Farm to really see what I should expect. A half hour later they took all the information, police reports etc and filed a claim. If for no other reason that they don't say it's my fault. She did absolutely nothing! Will be leaving as soon as I can!

Christy was the type of Business Owner I wanted to help me in securing insurance for my house, auto and umbrella..................she explained everything to me like I was her student..............She has an admiral way about her presentation, and you just lean forward and take it all in. She is easy to look at and she speaks with a proactive approach as she wants you to understand completely what she is teaching you, and I say, teaching, because it is a form of teaching, of all the ends and outs of insurance coverage's. So she is through, as she should be..............now the other part to this insurance policy, is putting it in writing......and that is where Lindy comes in. Lindy took all of the information for my policy from Christy and than made up the policy for home, auto and umbrella, and when I looked over the policy it was readable and while reading it, lindy stood by to make sure what she wrote up was what i understood was to be the new policy that Christy and I had agreed to, and it was. The very last time I was involved with such technical data was in the military. Christy was amazing, and Lindy was heart warming......................Today was a perfect day. I don't know where you can do better if you want insurance coverage. I wish I had State Farm many years ago from this Agency.

My family started in this office 50 years ago, long before Jessica was born. My parents got great…read moreservice from Lee Hineline and when he passed away, his son Cliff took over and for 25 years, Cliff was my agent and dare I say friend. I got stellar service, counsel and support and he and his staff had my complete trust and confidence. When Cliff retired, this location turned into a circus. State Farm put multiple interim agents in this office and after what must have been 3 years, Jessica was placed here. It goes without saying. Jessica is not Cliff, but even worse, Cliff was able to run his office with a staff of 4. Jessica's staff appears to be at least 12 and with 3x the staffing, the service, support and competence is so far below what it should be, I would caution anyone considering this office for quality coverage. Gone are the days of the Good Neighbor mentality, you are a policy number and paycheck for this office, no one is fighting for you or advocating for you and when you finally need to exercise your policy, be prepared to be let down. This is an embarrassment for this office and State Farm, but the reality is that neither care. So, this is my feedback on this practice, company and culture. Do better, Karma is coming.
