My NP takes a lot of time to hear what's going on with me personally as well as lets me ask a ton of questions. Because of her care, she has figured out lurking issues and also collaboratively developed some really effective treatment plans with me. Also, Becky is knowledgeable about insurance (surprisingly rare for PCPs), which has helped my wallet a lot. The administrative staff and infrastructure are also really good and thoughtful. Mazzoni's online platform is great, and the team is highly responsive. I also love the way you get called into your check-up room once you're there. The buzzing disc system (like what restaurants use) helps protect people's privacy. Finally, the clinic is such an inclusive environment. I appreciate that they have their values hung on the wall of the center. The only things I wish Mazzoni had were more appointments (maybe on the weekend?) available and an answering service so you could call and make appointments outside of when staff are taking calls at the clinic. In short, everything about this place is caring and helpful. My PCP has gone above and beyond. P.S. they were great in helping me navigate insurance, too!

I love how thorough my doctor is. We communicate through "My Chart" and by phone if necessary. The staff is friendly. I am happy here and with the Jefferson Health System in general. My Chart is an especially useful tool. One place to see all my information from upcoming visits, test results, profiles of my entire care team to a schedule for preventive medicine. Very, very happy.

This is not an open MRI machine, so I don't know why they call it one. It is a closed tube that is…read morenot open on the sides, which is what would give you the open feeling. I had had several MRI's before this one in a closed machine and had been able to complete them, but it was so hot in the room, and there was no cool air blowing through, that I immediately became claustrophobic and had to leave. The place itself was old, dingy, and dirty looking, and the machine looked old. If they're going to advertise the machine as open, it should be truly open on the sides, not just on the end.

Sure the doctor's I saw were great, but unfortunately the office is so crazy, busy, and rude that it doesn't really matter. They rely highly on the internet for references and making appointments, but for emergency appointments (if you are sick or whatever ) need to be made over the phone. This wouldn't be an issue if the ladies behind the desk ever picked up the phone. The last time that I went, I called 7 times and each time the person would literally pick up the phone and hang it up. When i finally got through, they kept me on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up. When I did leave a message and had someone call me back, they were very rude. I know that the healthcare system isn't the best in this country, but that doesn't warrant a bad attitude. I would avoid this office for someplace better staffed.

I got no call back until 12:00 on the day of the appointment when the appointment was at 3:00 and I'm an hour away. Every doctor's office in the world wants you to confirm the day before or they CHARGE you. She never called me back and when I called the following day to make another appointment , she told me to go to hell and the doctor will never see me and I will never step foot in that office , apparently because I know she didn't do her job and she's terrified I will tell the doctor. So I am denied the healthcare I deserve because that woman doesn't know how to hell to do her job, she's too lazy to do it, and then she gets mad at me and punishes me because she's afraid others will find out she's not capable of doing her job. ​​So being the great humanitarian that she is, she says screw you no one's going to know about my screw ups so now I deny you your health care that you deserve! And she rudely hung up on me, and I guess that's what you do when you're running from your own mistakes and you're trying to hide as fast as you can . Dr. T. takes his medical training and experience and helps me understand CT's, MRI's, blood labs, and blends these with my subjective reports so that I have a comprehensive understanding of what my other specialists simply do not do. My recent changes of condition are unusual and don't fit the usual diagnosis and treatment plans that other neurologists, neurosurgsons, and my PCP try. THe result so far is, I continue to see these specialists but Dr. T. helps explain better and he also engages and consults with my specialists. Without Dr. T's contributions, I would feel more uncertain with less optimism of helpful pathways which might lie ahead.

I suffer from extreme anxiety so it's hard for me to put trust into doctors sometimes, but I trust and appreciate Dr. Tabby so much I wish I could make him my primary doctor. His attention to detail is great and every time you talk with him the conversation is always a two-lane highway. He gives you options and brings you into the decision making process if there's one to be had. I recommend Dr. Tabby to everyone! Once we started seeing that my mom had symptoms of dementia, I immediately had her see Dr. Tabby because I know he'd do all he could to help her. He's a good man with great bedside manner and if you're in need of a neurologist, he's the one to go to!
