They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community. And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained. You can see from our photos we enjoy our doggy park, hummingbirds from our balcony, walks around community and celebrating Marie's birthdays in our home.

Crystal told me this was none of my business. Trash overflows due to illegal dumping. Management puts up obviously fake cameras. They know there's a problem but take no real steps to solve it. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The gate has been stuck open for months, allowing thieves to come in and break into several vehicles, including mine. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The property manager only came out to tell me to leave once I told a prospective resident about everything I had experienced here. I guess I'm bad for business.

We have lived here for two years, and honestly, we really enjoyed living here at first. The…read moreproperty isn't perfect, it's an older community that was remodeled, but we understood that older buildings require more maintenance. Thankfully, the maintenance team USED to be fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, things changed dramatically after management changed. Since Cori left, living here has become increasingly frustrating. New rules started appearing that made little sense, such as restrictions on patio rugs and curtains. Residents were also required to place trash cans inside before 9:00 a.m. or face a $100 fee. Several neighbors told us they were charged without even realizing it until the fee appeared to be already removed from their bank account??? What has been most concerning is the turnover in maintenance staff. Some of the best maintenance employees either quit or were terminated, and service quality has suffered significantly with only one guy left who sits on his phone for hours?? Our air conditioning has broken down more than FIVE TIMES this summer alone. With Georgia's heat and humidity, this is not a minor inconvenience, it's a serious issue!! As a result of the repeated AC failures, we are now dealing with moisture and mold concerns in our apartment. We have reported these issues and requested assistance, but the response has been so disappointing, they came to check for leaks which I told them it wasn't a leak, it was because our AC KEEPS breaking. We are currently trying to terminate our lease early due to our health issues with the mold and have asked management to waive the associated fees due to the ongoing maintenance and habitability concerns. So far, there has been zero willingness to work with us which is crazy because we have been having these issues for a while. What is most frustrating is feeling like the well-being of residents is no longer a priority. We have invested two years into this community and never expected to leave this way. Based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend living here. The property itself has potential, but the current management and handling of resident concerns have made it a place we are eager to leave. Run while you still can!

My boyfriend and I chose this as our first apartment together post-grad after visiting six complexes and touring The Dylan three times. Unfortunately, our experience has been overshadowed by an ongoing AC issue. We moved in June 2026 and submitted our first maintenance request days later. Since then, we have reported the same issue repeatedly, sometimes 2-3 times per week. Maintenance responds, but the fixes have consistently been temporary. We were eventually given a brand-new indoor AC unit and thought the problem was finally resolved, but on August 12, it stopped working properly again. Their temporary solution is a portable AC unit that can realistically cool only one room. I have a ferret who is my emotional support animal and needs to remain below 77°F, so I have to choose between keeping the portable AC near her or using it to cool the room I am in. I should not be paying this much in rent to come home after work or spend my weekends sweating inside my apartment. The portable unit also significantly increases our electricity usage. When the central AC works properly, we use around 13 kWh per day. When relying on the portable unit, usage jumps into the high 20s and can approach 30 kWh. After more than two months of repeated requests, a portable AC is not a permanent solution. Had we known this would be our experience, we would never have signed our lease, and we will not be renewing. Please proceed with caution when considering this community.
