She asked my friend what he does and showed adulatory looks when she heard my friend is an engineer and didn't care about my existence anymore. And yeah, she didn't even want to waste time asking what I do. Then she gave us a visit tour and only asked if my friend had any questions without even looking at me. If anyone wants to live in an apartment with different and biased treatment, please choose the Vinings for sure.

The door knobs fall off, the washer and dryer is small and cheap, and there's a sewage issue going on. They have been unable to get rid of the sewage smell in the master bathroom. The AC unit is cheap and flooded a bedroom and the garage. They required ME to move the furniture in order to have the floors replaced. They have not compensated me in any way due to this and I had items ruined in my garage as a result of the flood. I've been paying for amenities that we did not have. The pool just opened this week yet I've been here over a year. I do NOT recommend this community.

They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I've been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community. And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained. You can see from our photos we enjoy our doggy park, hummingbirds from our balcony, walks around community and celebrating Marie's birthdays in our home.

Crystal told me this was none of my business. Trash overflows due to illegal dumping. Management puts up obviously fake cameras. They know there's a problem but take no real steps to solve it. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The gate has been stuck open for months, allowing thieves to come in and break into several vehicles, including mine. The…read moreproperty isn't perfect, it's an older community that was remodeled, but we understood that older buildings require more maintenance. Thankfully, the maintenance team USED to be fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, things changed dramatically after management changed. Since Cori left, living here has become increasingly frustrating. New rules started appearing that made little sense, such as restrictions on patio rugs and curtains. Residents were also required to place trash cans inside before 9:00 a.m. or face a $100 fee. Several neighbors told us they were charged without even realizing it until the fee appeared to be already removed from their bank account??? What has been most concerning is the turnover in maintenance staff. Some of the best maintenance employees either quit or were terminated, and service quality has suffered significantly with only one guy left who sits on his phone for hours?? Our air conditioning has broken down more than FIVE TIMES this summer alone. With Georgia's heat and humidity, this is not a minor inconvenience, it's a serious issue!! As a result of the repeated AC failures, we are now dealing with moisture and mold concerns in our apartment. We have reported these issues and requested assistance, but the response has been so disappointing, they came to check for leaks which I told them it wasn't a leak, it was because our AC KEEPS breaking. We are currently trying to terminate our lease early due to our health issues with the mold and have asked management to waive the associated fees due to the ongoing maintenance and habitability concerns. So far, there has been zero willingness to work with us which is crazy because we have been having these issues for a while. What is most frustrating is feeling like the well-being of residents is no longer a priority. We have invested two years into this community and never expected to leave this way. Based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend living here. The property itself has potential, but the current management and handling of resident concerns have made it a place we are eager to leave. Run while you still can!
