RED FLAG. Please read before you take any vehicle to this…read more"mechanic" shop. if after u read this and still take your vehicle just know its a horrible choice. took my Range Rover Sport to get a coolant leak fixed, after I agreed to the 3hr repair and the parts that were in stock I received my suv back 5 days later and a loud ticking noise!!! told them when i started it that the noise wasn't there when i dropped it off, they said they didn't do anything because they didnt drive it, how do u repair a vehicle and NOT drive it? ooops Sam (the owner) admitted later yes they did but its not their fault but worked in the engine bay and decided to add oil to a coolant repair and also told me he couldnt tell the level of oil in the vehicle, why add oil then? maybe to smooth out the ticking noise they created, then kept my car 2 more days and wanted me to spend more money on a noise that happened on their clock! Sam said "honesty and integrity" is how he runs his business but its truly dishonesty and deceit. Sam and Alyssa the secretary says its common to drop off a car and other noises happen RED FLAG. In my 20yrs of any repairs thats NEVER happened, if they respond to this or ignore this HONEST REVIEW, just know they took no accountability. this is hands down the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. They will respond that I told them Im potentially selling the vehicle like I dont value my vehicle, that makes no sense, I repaired the most obvious issue. Beacon and Sam wanted in total to charge me $3600+ for all "repairs" I needed done. insane. He drained my oil and told me the noise could be from being a HALF QUART LOW. stop, they worked on my vehicle and clearly caused damage. they know they ruined the engine and returned my vehicle with 0 miles of gas as well, Sam said they added oil and repaired my tire free of charge but wouldnt add gas and charge me accordingly?? why send a customer home with no gas and I dropped it off 38 miles to empty. Sam fixed my tire so when I started it, i was able to drive off and ignore the large ticking noise that happened at SAM's shop!what a true POS. Sam is a liar and acted as if he cared but took no responsibility for what happened.

This place is shady. Do not bring your vehicle to these guys. Brought my girlfriends car in because…read moreit wouldn't start and after an 1,000 dollar fix, the ac wouldn't even kick on. Went back in to ask them if they realized and they acted clueless. Popped the hood and they took the fuse out of her car. After raising hell for a couple days, they said they'd give a full refund. Suprised to say I even got 100 bucks back, but not even close to a refund. FRAUDS!

I dropped off a tire and rim for a simple tire replacement and was told it would be ready the next…read moreday. What should have been a routine service turned into one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. When I returned to pick up my tire, they ran my card and charged me before even confirming they had my property. Only after taking my payment did they realize they couldn't find my tire at all. After reviewing security footage, it became clear that my tire had been handed to the wrong customer. I personally watched store manager Ike Orwick give my property to someone else. What makes this even more alarming is the store's complete lack of inventory control--finished tires are apparently left outside on rocks, unlabeled and unsecured, for anyone to grab. It is hard to imagine a more careless system for handling customer property. I want to acknowledge Leonardo Paniagua, who was the only employee to offer a sincere apology and show genuine concern. He handled an embarrassing situation with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that professionalism did not extend to management. Garage manager Chris was dismissive and visibly irritated that I was upset, as if frustration over losing a customer's property was somehow unreasonable. I contacted corporate and was told store owner Josh McCullough would reach out to address the situation. He never did. Even after they eventually recovered my tire, I was still charged full price, despite the inconvenience, wasted time, and inability to use my boat (tire was for a boat trailer). When I tried speaking with Josh in person, his response was shocking. Rather than taking accountability, he brushed me off and said, "I wasn't worried about it, my team could handle it." That statement perfectly summed up the culture here: no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for customers or their property. Mistakes happen. Losing customer property is bad enough. Failing to apologize, communicate, or take responsibility is far worse. This experience exposed serious operational failures and deeply disappointing leadership. If this is how routine business is handled, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
