    What is this??.. A tease

1st impression..... Wawawaaaaaa.... not impressed... the layout is a little weird... as soon as you walk in, your in a crowd of people standing around in random spots waiting on their food... no place to sit and wait.. no organized waiting area that's not right in front of the door!???... And much smaller than I'd imagine... NOW... My food experience.... I was in a slight hurry so something quick to grab was all i wanted... I walk in (in the waiting area) not knowing who's in line or who's next... until I just said 4get it and walked to the kiosk (I miss human interaction... anywho).. I saw "Snack Wrap n GO".. Yes.. quick bite and get out..... (in my spongebob voice)... 30 Minutes Later!!!!.... Yes.... 30 Minutes for a Snack Wrap n Go... (Which was very tiny).... No.. I'll give you a couple of months WaWa being that you're new to the Ville... But... Not a good 1st impression. The Only good was the wraps actually tasted pretty good... just wish they were slightly bigger even for a snack wrap.

This place is really cool! They have a coke freestyle machine and a tablet to order food from. You will go to the back to a register to pay for your items. Make sure you pay because they will not call your number if haven't! My pineapple smoothie was really good I also had some of the Mac and cheese and a sandwich. I'd give the smoothie the highest rating. I would love to try other things the next time I go. They were out of some of their items but I'm sure it's because people like me wanted to try their items!

My wife and were in Clarksville around 12 noon and thought we'd get a bite to eat somewhere. We were at the point where we would turn into the Wawa station. Now we've heard similarities drawn between Wawa and Buc-ee's-well this not a Buc-ee's! There were several pumps at Wawa, but the inside of a Buc-ee's is where the strength is in my opinion. This Wawa is small in comparison but there are plenty of food options inside. There is a drink station that had plenty of options for coffee, smoothies and shakes. There are self-serve kiosks to order fresh-made sandwiches and bowls. There are several options for a lighter option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My wife got a gobbler bowl. You guessed it-turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy topped with a dollop of cranberry sauce. Really good! I had a Cheesesteak panini with pepper jack cheese and onions. I just wished the onions were sautéed. If that option was available, I missed it. The kiosk was really easy to order from. Tip: you need to pay for your order before you can pick it up from deli counter.

My first experience at a Wawa was honestly kind of confusing. Everyone was friendly. I came in late night hoping to avoid some of the opening day crowd. It was not packed by any means but definitely busy for the hour. When I first walked in I saw some kiosks by the counter. I placed my order there, took my print out ticket, and proceeded to look around the store. I then realized I didn't know what I was supposed to do, am I supposed to turn the ticket in? Where do I take it to pay? Was my order even in process if I have not done either of these things? I asked a few of the customers next to me and they two were confused. I finally went over to the cashier on the other side of the store and he told me my order was in fact in process and that I could pay him or the pay kiosks at the front of the store. I now feel like I know the lay of the land a little better. I had gone in hoping to try a personal pizza, but only full size was available and I knew I would waste that. So instead I tried a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and a small refresher with boba. Both were very good, my only complaint with the refresher is that it had so much ice and the Boba was then thrown on top, so I hardly got any Boba through the straw simply due to how the drink was made. This is likely Growing Pains of a new establishment on the first day, I will try another drink the next time then I'm in. This is close enough to my mom's that safe to say I will continue to frequent this location.

I groaned and moaned as I waited through the super lengthy lines at all of the free-standing locations in southern Indiana. Getting our monthly prescriptions was miserable... Until we switched to this pharmacy! Super sweet, knowledgeable staff who yes stay busy on the weekends and after work hours BUT I've never had to wait in a line of more than three folks. AND if you're dropping off a prescription or requesting a pickup in person, you literally get to shop at Target while you wait for it to be filled (which has generally taken 30 minutes in our experiences.) Is it weird that my partner and I went from playing rock, paper, scissors where the loser had to go get our prescriptions to now almost making it a date? Probably, but that's how game changing this location has been.

I had really good experience the other day that made me wanna write a review! I have autoimmune disorder which causes dry mouth. For my dry mouth I needed a special mouth wash. It was my first time using it so I didn't know how much it costs. First I was told $28... then the pharmacist told me she will work on finding a coupon so give her ten mins. Within a few mins she found a coupon and made it to zero cost that was fantastic!! I really appreciate those people who consider customers needs and work on it. The other lady was also nice and helpful.

And while St. Matthews has a lot going on, it lacks convenience stores and/or bodegas. In addition, the owner and the employees are always super friendly and kind. More than once I have forgotten my wallet and they let me take my items anyway, knowing I will come back as a loyal customer. When they were out of their fried chicken, they fried some just for us. They have also been doing a lot of remodeling, so the place offers even more products. It's just a great little store in a convenient location.

In the past month, they've felt unwelcome in the store. This evening, I walked my son and daughter up to the store so they could buy some candy. I waited outside. My son came out and said that once again, the man behind the counter was rushing him. The man said, "come on, hurry up" and was tapping his hands on the counter. This is the second time this has happened. There was another incident in which my son and his friend rode scooters up to the store. They propped their scooters up against the building and were yelled at and told that they would have to pay $800 if they damaged the building. So, they left and shopped elsewhere. After we walked home tonight I drove up there and politely asked the man if there was a problem with the kids being in the store. I explained the experiences my kids have had. I asked him if he told them to hurry up. He said that he did and went on to explain that a couple of weeks ago "20 kids" came in and they did damage to the store. I feel terrible that happened to him but I told him that my kids were not part of that group and have always been polite. Not to mention, the first time he rushed my kids was several weeks ago. I explained that we support his business. He said he didn't care if it my kids were not part of the group that caused problems. His exact words were, "I am not a Walmart. If you want to shop somewhere else, you can shop somewhere else. Kids have three minutes to shop in the store and that rule is for all kids." It is a bit disheartening that, after trying to talk to him and understand the situation better, he basically told me to shop elsewhere. We won't be shopping at the St. Matthews Mini Mart again. We love to support local businesses so this is a bit disappointing. If you have kids who like to shop there, you may want to supervise them.
