Gary was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and it helped me increase my knowledge on various subjects. Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. Through hire a helper I booked 5 hours outside their mandatory 2 and was under the impression that I would not pay for unused hours. Instead I paid for 4 hours that they weren't there. They have a policy that states no refund for unused hours. The owner was generous enough to split the difference and refund 2 hours to me after some conversation. My advice is to hire them directly rather than through Hire a Helper as it seems there's a discrepancy on who's policy it is not to refund for unused hours. Overall the experience was ok but the 2 guys that came to pack did a fantastic job. I'd give them a try again but direct hire not through a service.
