Our well went out and I called after hours, Mack returned my call right away, sent guys out to my place the next afternoon, and they had advised they have other appointments and had to leave after accessing our situation, told my husband they would be back tonight, or first thing in the morning. Been without water at this time for a full day. They showed up at 6:45pm and didn't leave until our well was in good working condition and water was again, flowing! They had to replace about 70ft of pipe and was nice and professional thru the whole process. I seriously couldn't thank them enough.
