I told her how ignorant I was to the care, etc. when the team came out I explained to them such also. The company emptied 2000 gallons; Was left to fill the tank for two hours; let go for 1 hour and fifty minutes because I had to leave. Was never given a specific level to fill to. Basically no reference for the fill line. Just two hours. Wednesday my sprinklers never came on. I called and was told that my water pressure was low to fill it some more because I didn't allegedly fill sufficiently the day before. I sent a picture and was told three more feet. This was a bit challenging because for someone who doesn't know anything is trusting (the professional they hired) someone who does to lead them properly. No one ever explained what could happen or what to expect in the following days. Thursday still nothing. Open the water tank it's over the "T". When googled it said 24-48 hours not to over load the system with showers or laundry. There are 6 people here. If I were a betting man that's an overload in itself. I try not to believe everything I read on the internet for obvious reasons and called the company first thing this morning (Friday). After explaining to Hailey that the sprinklers weren't on yet. I was asked if I checked the breaker and I stated yes she apparently didn't hear me so I said it slowly and intentionally. I was put on hold, The owner pops on the line I suppose with his wife. I was spoken to very disrespectfully and hung up on by the man who and I quote "prides myself in honesty." But not respect or being heard out. I was told there is too much info on the internet to Google it. He said I was being coy with him and I was simply speaking slow and intentional because of my emotions. After he rolled over me rudely. When I asked if I could speak and he said very defensively the conversation was over and hung up on me!!!!Btw I never spoke over him or raised my voice. I allowed him to speak down to me and at me, not to me. I feel sorry for his wife because if he's this was with a complete stranger. I can only image poor lady. He should probably retire. Great way to get more business. But I'll take mine elsewhere. My husband calls with in 5 minutes and he's not there so my husband says it's unacceptable to speak to his wife this way. Even though we had a few individuals, as well as companies, come by to assess the issue, we either never heard back or never received a formal quote, or we were told that they couldn't handle the job. The job in question was to replace a 15-ton condenser unit on the roof of the business. It appears that it sustained some kind of damage or trauma, and was beyond repair. It needed to be completely replaced. Enter Fast AC Replacement of Houston. Within an hour of me sending an e-mail to someone at the company, accompanied by photos and a description of the problem, I received a call from David, the owner. A few hours later David was at our store, and shortly after his site visit he had sent through a quote. When I asked what the turnaround time would be once we gave him the green light, he told me that it could be done within a couple of days. What a relief to hear considering that we are a retail computer business While the AC was out, the temperature in the store was in the mid to high 90s -- an untenable situation for employees and customers alike. Punctuality and professionalism marked this project from step one through to completion. They even started the work one day before the date they had originally given us. It was absolutely incredible that with the amount of backlog of AC issues in Houston after hurricane Harvey, that Fast AC Replacement of Houston was able to get the job started within 24 hours, and within 48 hours our AC was back to work. The hardest part of our project was getting the old condenser unit off the roof and the new unit up onto the roof.
