I would not still be here today if it were not for her ability to listen, provide treatment in a highly professional manner. She is proactive, not reactive and gets to the root cause. Her ability to communicate, empathize, and determine the next step is no less than phenomenal and encouraging. I highly recommend her and don't know, nor want to know, where my overall health would be if not for her.

Who likes going to the doctor? Not me. However, out of all the doctor offices I have been to this…read morehas to be the best. The check-in is always painless and usually quick. The one thing that could change for me is the fact that they don't need to check my insurance card every time I walk through the doors even when it's the very next day but I do understand why this is their practice and won't count it against them. The wait is shorter than an other doctor office I have been to however I still believe that could be shortened. I see Dr. Mitchell and he's great. He is a non-joking, straight to the point doctor which is what I want. I also don't care for a doctor that is just going to hold a conversation so I feel comfortable around him. He's my doctor and I don't need to know his family issues or dealings, I want to know about my health and let's move on to the next thing. This is the type of doctor Dr. Mitchell seems to be and I truly appreciate that. The exit is also painless and quick. The staff here is the most friendliest doctor office staff I have ever had to deal with and I believe it's because they love where they work and why wouldn't they? I recently became a patient of LeBauer Healthcare Grandover and I am very pleased with their…read moreservice and level of care. I saw Charlotte Nche, NP to establish a chart and she was very attentive, easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about me and my concerns. The rest of the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My wait wasn't long at all. Matter of fact, I pulled out my phone in the waiting area to play a quick game. I couldn't finish a round before my name was called. That is amazing to me...I can raise my hand if asked if I've ever waited in what feels like a waiting room purgatory. The nurse quickly got me checked in. She explained the process thoroughly. She was very friendly. My visit was to see Charlotte Nche. She is so nice and considerate. She answered all of my questions. The lab team was also friendly. Everyone seemed pleasant. I would highly recommend going. This location is clean, modern and based on my first impression, I think they take care of their patients. I got really good vibes during my appointment. Oh...before I forget, I got my labs literally the next day with a follow up phone call. I just love it when I strike gold with any business!

I was a patient of Dr McNeill for several years. I am also a RN. Her wait times were ALWAYS more…read morethan an hour and a half. Her recommendations were usually off the mark. Most of my appointments consisted of her verifying which prescriptions she prescribed and which my specialists prescribed. I switched doctors a while back and am now getting excellent care. I have waited to give her this review. I do not recommend Eagle practices and Dr McNeill in particular.

As the names on the Patient Waiting display moved along, my name disappeared. After others on the list were called, I asked the receptionist to please check on my status. Within a few minutes my name was back on the display. Several other patients came in and were called back before me again. A nurse came out and again called the second name on the list and I got up to once again question what was happening. This nurse pointed her finger at me and said, "you! come here" and she asked the other patient to step aside. The nurse then quite abruptly told me they were waiting for a "procedure" room to be cleaned, it was being cleaned at that moment, and I would be next. Her tone was rude and condescending. I didn't say a word and sat down. Then it occurred to me that, no, I did not need or deserve to be treated in such a manner and kindly told the receptionist I was leaving and would contact my Eagle GP. I've been an Eagle patient for many years and I have never seen any Eagle employee behave in the manner this nurse did. What a shame if she treats new potential patients the same way she treated me.

I have been to Adams farm the one near cone hospital the one on market street and the one in oak ridge. The physicals they now provide do not include a chest x Ray, no psa test for cancer, no prostate checks for cancer, precious little blood work, didn't even listen to my heart. Instead you are hit with a bunch of questions about gun ownership and whether you wear a seatbelt. Rationing at its finest

It is 180 degrees from the Battleground Avenue FastMed that sent me over for x-rays. Sunday morning with one other patient in the office. I was "greeted" by a very unenthusiastic person who was obviously much troubled by having to be at work. She instructed me to have a seat and they would be with me. The referring FastMed told me they would be expecting me and I would be seen right away. For the next 50, that's FIFTY minutes, I sat in the empty waiting room while watching and listening to the staff yucking it up. It was apparent that they felt no need to provide FastMed - or AnyMed. What happened to the "they will be expecting you" concept? The woman who acknowledged my arrival did step outside for a few minutes, a smoke break perhaps? I would have left only I knew that leaving would only create a huge inconvenience to me. So I sat there mentally writing this review. Fifty minutes into this ordeal I was called back and x-rayed. Once that was over, I bolted as quickly as I could, never to come back. My final vision was of the check-in person hiding in a corner behind a wall slouched back like she was taking a nap. I hope my exit didn't disturb her.
