My son had a school conflict that we had no way of knowing about weeks ago, and I thought I had a reasonable request to swap our appointments this week so we could avoid the conflict. This office is extremely rigid, and with no exceptions, or not even trying to discuss with Dr. Lambert, would not support the request. The best they could do was push my son's appointment to the earliest to the earliest available in JAN 24. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both appointments - very disappointed and will have to look elsewhere.

My annual physical is only 15 min including waiting time, her assistant taking measurements of blood pressure, weight, height and answering questionnaire. She just reviewed the questionnaire and asked some follow-up questions. She charged it as sick visit and annual prevention exam. She refused to change it after I contacted her. I called billing department, told them it is medical billing frauds and I will report it to the board. Then the charge was dropped immediately.
