I was…read morejerked around by the office with one canceled appointment after another and with disinformation about their procedure to take care of my dental issue. The process was laid out for me during the first visit but it seemed to change as time went by and appointments were re-scheduled one after another. It got to the point where I started to realized that what they had promised to me would occur simply couldnt due to time and their mis-information given to me! When I called and brought these issues to them they accused me of mis-understanding what they had originally told me. I CAN TELL YOU NOW THAT I DID NOT MIS-UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. THEY TOLD ME ONE THING AND THEN THINGS SIMPLY STARTED CHANGING DUE TO THEM, NOT ME! The office gal told me that they sometimes speak in 'dental lingo' and that is why I mis-understood. YEAH, RIGHT! NO deary, what I was told in that first appointment was NOT spoken in 'dental lingo' and I am not stupid as YOU are trying to make me out to be. PLEASE! I might also ad that she was VERY rude on the phone that day. I had already paid them some money which I wish I had not done so I canceled any further appointments with them and requested my money be given back to me which it was 4 weeks later, thank God!!! Guess what they never called it in and we had to call their sister office to have it done. I had three crowns done. They messed up one making it look like a black hole in my tooth and didn't tell me. When I saw it for myself, I was furious. I paid $800+ for a hole in my tooth before my wedding. They said that it was part of the crown that they couldn't cover because then the crown wouldn't fit. I complained. And they said they would redo it for free. I agreed, but I wasn't ready to go through all that again. It was painful, I had to have a temporary crown, and when the real crown came in it took them 3 tries to get it glued in correctly. When I went to ask for it in writing they told me, no. They said I actually only have 2 months left to get it done for free. They never said anything about that 4 months ago.
