Dr. Allard is so gentle with my dog and you can tell she really loves the animals she works with. She discovered that a lump on my dog's belly--which I had asked his previous vet about, and they had brushed me off--was actually a tumor. What a nice experience to have a vet listen to me and not treat me like an idiot! She may have saved my dog's life by removing that tumor. I especially like that Dr. Allard understands and uses complementary therapies like acupuncture and laser treatments. She recommended a book on dog nutrition and suggested that my dog would benefit from a homemade diet. I took her advice and (1) it's cheaper than buying canned food/kibble, (2) my dog likes it better, (3) his breath has improved, his coat is super shiny, and he has lost his excess weight. She kept pushing me off to the side as if my visit or questions were of no concern or importance! My vet bill was very high so if I have 10 questions before i leave I should be kindly helped and treated with helpful service vs an attitude or frustration please be kind to people who bring in their babies we are coming to feel helped not to feel as of some type of burden ... not friendly whatsoever

We discovered that Dr. Dicarlo at Animal Care Wellness Center uses Dr. Felts for his orthopedic surgery. Dr Felts did our dog's 1st surgery. So we drove all the way to San Bernardino to have the surgery done. Just as important as the surgery is the care your dog receives before and after. Animal Wellness was superb. Everyone there from Dr D on was fabulous. I can happily report that our dog is recovered due to the excellent care he received. Even though it was a long drive there it was worth it. I highly recommend AnimalWellness.

The parking lot is small and there's a huge pothole in the middle of the lot, so be careful. We rescued a puppy from Devore and she was sent to Dr. Rex for spaying. She was spayed and ready for pickup on the same day. I paid for the spaying and a rabies shot ($39 total). An employee carried our groggy puppy to the car after handing me post-operative instructions. On our follow-up appointment, Dr. Rex removed our puppy's stitches and gave her a 7-in-1 shot. He has a very good bedside manner. I gave my experience 4 stars only because of the parking lot and the surrounding area. History: Dr. Rex opened his practice in San Bernardino in the 1980s when the area was thriving with Norton Air Force Base and Kaiser Steel in Fontana. Since then, the Base Line area around Dr. Rex's practice has deteriorated.

My family and I cannot begin to explain how grateful we are for finding Dr. De Grasse. Our dog…read moresuddenly was in extreme pain without explanation, she was holding her left leg up and crying. This was the first time in the 7 years we have owed her we had ever herd her even whimper, so we knew she must be in excruciating pain. We thought she had hurt her leg since she was holding it high and not wanting to put any pressure on it. We took her to an animal hospital where the Vet there told us her leg was fine but she was afraid it may be an issue with her neck or spine something may be out of place. After the phone call with the vet, we thought about it and said this sounds like a "structure" issue I wonder if there is a dog chiropractor! Went on Yelp and were very surprised an happy that there were! We started calling and emailing all of them that had contact info. Most were non-responsive. We got to Dr. De Grasse, and the phone number provided by Yelp was not working, but when we googled her name a NEW NUMBER (909) 645-7648 came up. She answered immediately, to my surprise it was the Dr herself! She immediately gave us clear and precise instructions when she heard our story. Get X-Rays and a steroid shot!!! We picked up our Dog from the hospital where they said they would give us some pain meds and said to check back in 3-5 days. A pain shot was given supposedly. My dog was no looking good, when the anesthesia wore completely off 1 hr later she was crying out horribly, she would not eat and could not lift her neck. I texted Dr De Grasse with the situation asking for advice, take into consideration it was way after hours, and I didn't want to bother the doctor, but we were desperate! Dr called us right away and told us of some over the counter meds that would ease the pain, and to our surprise she wanted to see her that night!!!! We drove her to the address she provided, our dog was unable to walk at all at this point. We had to carry her to the car, we carried her again out of the car to the doctors working area. Dr De Grasse is truly amazing, she began by talking to her and seemingly instantly gaining her trust. She worked on her for about 20 minutes. Like a scene out of the movies, our girl did not even move or make a sound. She suddenly was able to lift her head without pain!!! She then stood up!!!! And walked to the car on her own!!! Still had a little limp, but WOW, it was unbelievable. You have to understand, the doctor did not know us it was the first time we had ever talked to her and she had 0 obligation to help us. But she is truly one of a kind, she has over 30 years of experience and love for her craft that is unmatched. We will forever be grateful. If you are in a similar situation, or think you dog has any kind of structural issues DO NOT THINK TWICE CALL Dr De Grasse!! She is not here (California) all the time but I will attach her schedule for the rest of the year book your appointment now!

However, keep in mind it's only on a first come first serve basis. So here's how it works: it opens at 6:30am M-F for surgeries but they only take a certain amount and people start to line up between 5:00-5:30am. Before 6:30 they are already full. For all other services they open at 8:00am. For reference, I got here at 6:30 just to sign in to see the vet for blood tests. I was not first on the list. I am just being seen now and it's 8:50am. They do let you know about how long the wait is so that you can sign in and come back so you don't have to wait here the entire time. For me the wait is worth it. I saved $65 which is a lot to me.
