I think if they had it their way, they would come here to play then go home. My oldest daughter required surgery for some rotten teeth. Everyone we came in contact with throughout the process - from the consultation, to anesthesia, Dr. Morrow and the office staff, they all went above and beyond to make sure that she was well taken care of. I went in for some crown work and paid the charge as agreed. When the crown needed to be adjusted because it was causing me pain, I went back in and without being told or signing anything I was charged $573 for a 10 minute visit to grind off part of the crown. The work should have been done right in the first place. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone who can talk to you about billing. Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had and would encourage anyone using this place to reevaluate.
