I've stuck to the plan which is 300 cardio minutes a week (had to work up to that), 1000-1200 calories a day and under 50 carbs a day. It has worked better than I hoped. Is it easy? Hell no. Is it a commitment of time, money, and attitude? Hell yes. But I think if you're in the proper mindset you can accomplish anything. I can only speak from my own personal experience when I share I had one of the best experiences today. I am huge on exceptional customer service and a great bedside manner, so much so, I am willing to travel as far as necessary to find just that. Before I even arrived at the center, the communication and friendly reminders about the upcoming appointment I scheduled were very helpful for me. Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately and made to feel like the staff was expecting me. That alone was top notch for me. I found each encounter with each staff member including Dr. Cox, made me feel more comfortable and even a bit excited as I learned exactly what to expect during my first visit. I was both relaxed and felt I was assured by Dr. Cox himself, that he would only proceed with services he offered if after learning more about my needs and concerns it was indeed a good fit. I appreciated his honesty about this rather than a lack of concern for my health just to make money. Lastly, after my initial consult, tests and detailed explanation of what each one meant (which were so cool to see results of) it was determined I was a good fit and Dr. Cox would be able to help me. I finally had my adjustment and Dr. Cox explained each step as to what he would be doing. It was a great experience for me, and I feel very excited about returning for my additional services in the future. I just want the staff to know how very much I appreciated each and every one of them that I encountered today. I saw this business plastered all over Facebook with an introductory offer. So instead of buying…read moreon Facebook I called the number to see if I could get the same deal. The number rings in California. The people on the phone are nice. They gave me the same deal. They set up an appointment. I did not pay in advance. I never did this before and because it was on social media and a California number. No reviews anywhere I was very leery. My appointment was approaching and they wondered if we could reschedule it. I couldn't and they said nicely no problem. I got the address to go from my house. Don't do google maps. It had me arrived and I had no clue where it was. So if you are going south on swan. Cross Pima and take the first drive on the right. That will put you in the right area. Drive to the middle of the building, park and either take the elevator up or the stairs to find the suite. Once you find it you will see the door. Walking in you will see a nicely decorated office with a waiting area. (Which is very nice). You will be asked to fill out your paperwork and then pay. The great employee that waited on me and did the procedure was Raja. She was very knowledgeable. Afterwards you go into another office area and discuss what you hope to achieve You then get weighed and measured. After measurement you go into another room lay on the bed snd Raja will hook you up to the machine. Relaxing music is being played you start to warm up from the machine (nut yo warm) and Raja checks in 5 mins if you are ok temperature wise. Then vibes back in 15 mins. (20 mins total). Then you go on the shaker machine for 25 mins. Then get measured again. (She also goes over hydration, BMI, and muscle to fat ratio and how many other sessions you may want to buy). I did lose 2.5 inches total. Not exactly where I really wanted it haha. In all honestly I did but see it feel any different in my clothes. It would be interested to see if more would make a difference. I may try it. I haven't decided yet. Overall I think it was a great experience. The employee was great. What I think they can improve with is get a local number. I feel better dealing local (though they did a great job from California) But the main thing is I didn't know what to expect so it would have been nice when making the appointment whether they could say it's ok to wear lotion or don't where lotion. Makeup or not makeup and fun threw what is going to be done. If you haven't tried this you just might want to. If the price was offered less for a package I might be willing to go back for a lot more. Pictures are bad due to lighting. But each fixture they picked out was first class very nicely put together. I believe Cheryl really cares about your health and will spend as much time as needed with you, which is something I've never had with a doctor. I've been looking for someone that wants to keep you naturally healthy instead of prescribing chemical and/or synthetic drugs that destroy your way of life, and I found her. I have been struggling with menopause for the past five years. She is the first that had me feeling better within days of my visit!! Yes, they do take insurance plans, but that plan might not cover everything. It's not her fault that the male dominate insurance companies will not pay for natural hormone replacement.
