One thing I liked was the call button inside the chamber. It was reassuring to know someone was immediately available if I needed anything. For personal comfort, I prefer having the lights on rather than off while in the chamber. I know it's psychological, but I feel calmer being sealed in with the lights on. The lights automatically shut off after about 15 minutes, so I had to ring the call button to have them turned back on. I've stuck to the plan which is 300 cardio minutes a week (had to work up to that), 1000-1200 calories a day and under 50 carbs a day. It has worked better than I hoped. Is it easy? Hell no.
