On one of my left molars where they did a filling that tooth has always felt numb and now just a short 6 yrs later I'm being told by another dentist it needs to be replaced. I expect all my fillings from them will need to be replaced soon. I knew something was wrong at the time and that I was being taken advantage of. How can someone need surface fillings every 6 months. I just wanted to trust them because I had gone there since I was 13. Should they tell you that you have "surface cavity's" protect your teeth and seek service else where. My molars are ruined for life now because of them.

Marion got me settled and took xrays then Dr Jacqueline Bonci did the most thorough & relaxed exam I've ever had experienced. After 10 month since last cleaning I was encouraged my gums were in good shape. However, my teeth are not such good news. Getting not good news in the empathetic way Dr Bonci delivered it made it easy to digest and accept. I had planned to go to Tufts Medical School for 5-6 implants because of cost. After today's experience I feel more confident that never there is a way through this. I'm staying here and though I may only get 2-3 implants I want this work done by Dr Bonci. Very grateful for the care received including the office staff.

I've had appointments with three of the doctors and I've met many of the dental assistants, and they're always very friendly and very knowledgeable. It always feels like they genuinely care about me! I went in last week to get my wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Moroi took excellent care of me. I was really nervous about being awake for the extraction (they don't do sedation), and he calmed me down and patiently talked me through every step. Also, I was supposed to get all four out, but before the procedure he showed me the x-ray of my teeth and explained to me that even though it would mean more money in his pocket if all of them were extracted, he thought I should leave the top ones alone because they were so far up and it would be more painful for me if he took them out. The only reason I'm not giving a five-star rating is because the receptionists tend to be a little sub-par. I once had a receptionist schedule a cleaning for me, and the date she told me and wrote down on the little card was different from the date she entered in the system. I ended up showing up for an appointment I didn't really have. Also, I was once told that my insurance doesn't cover cleanings (which it does!) and she tried to charge me $85 for it! It took a lot of arguing before she realized she was wrong.
