A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.

We went through what services I'd like over the phone and I was able to pay through Zelle. A receipt was emailed right after. They also call you a couple of days before your event to confirm. Lilly was our artist and balloonist and she is such a joy! She arrived on time and was easy to work with. My son wanted a lizard drawn on his arm and she was able to paint it off the top of her head. Her balloon creations were also on point. We had about 15 kids that were all able to get their face and/or arms painted and balloons made. We loved Lilly. All the kids loved her creations.
