The ER Dr. at St. Anthony's was fantastic the medication he gave me worked fantastic. Here is my problem and all the Doctors know it. I work long hours on my feet. When seeing Dr. Koulova I told her what I was experiencing. I went to work that following week and had sever cramping in my lower legs and feet. I called the office back and they told me they couldn't help me I had to go see my regular doctor. I called the primary care doctor but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I called this Goshen Medical crap back explaining my situation and was told they can't help me. I told them to go explicit themselves. How is it you go to a doctor they take your money then wont help you. Screw this place and Dr. piece of crap Koulova why can't they answer a basic question that I had. You have an appointment here cancel it and go elsewhere. I told them I would YELP them and I hope they read this. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY can't say it enough. Thank you for reading. Everyone was so informative and seemed to care. The one and only drawback was the waiting room....4 1/2 hours in a dehydrated state didn't help but once they got me in they again were great!!! I have never been asked by any medical professional not to report an issue and I did respect her request while there because I was fearful she would come back to my bed and hurt me. I highly doubt there are any other Nurse Hummers in the world, let alone Garnet Hospital, but to be sure she is overweight, brunette, with large frame glasses and was constantly on the phone with whomever discussing how incompetent the physicians were.

I…read moredrove an hour to get to the office because Garnet Health care is a thug medical company that enjoys threatening to take health care away from rural residents. After waiting 25 minutes in the saddest dingiest pediatric waiting room I have ever seen, we were informed that because my child's birthday was in four days, they would be unable to complete the visit. Not once in the previous month did they bother to communicate that to me. They did call me 30 minutes before his appointment and not bother to leave a message because apparently when your entire job is communication, a phone message is just too hard. I wasted 2.5 hours, pulled my child out of school for the day, and canceled meetings with my work because this office doesn't know how to handle basic scheduling or communication.
