Dr Beard is a great Dr. He is thorough and gentle. He is not on my new insurance and I am so upset.

I had been introduced to Dr.Hamlin's work around 8 years ago when I had a client that had a few…read moresurgeries with the doctor (I have a laser hair removal company so I see many naked bodies and many scars). The client had lost over 100 pounds and had her arms, legs, booty, breasts and stomach done by Dr Hamlin. Her scars were so well done. At the time I was untested in finding a doctor to do my tummy tuck. After seeing her scars and hearing her raving reviews of the doctor I decided to visit her. I loved her in person and did have her do my tummy tuck and revision of my breast scars that were in need of being done. My first surgeon did not do a good job. I was so pleased with her work with my body. Her bedside manner is great. She is so down to earth and very honest and helpful. Since that time I had give back to her to get my upper eyelids done and another mini break lift. I have also sent her many clients that have done a variety of surgeries- full neck and face lift, scar revision, nose jobs, breast lifts, implants and much more. Everyone has been just as happy with Dr Hamlin that I have been. I always tell people that she is an artist and a plastic surgeon and that you couldn't go to a better doctor. Again I see so many women every day and o have not seen such good work from any other surgeon. And Katrina who schedules appointments for the doctor has been so amazing. She has helped everyone put that I send to her. They all love Katrina as much as I do.

I've gone there a couple times for Botox and also sclerotherapy (which didn't work). At my Botox…read moreappt last April I showed her my veins and she said for sure it would work. Then the following month in May at my appt she says actually my veins were too tiny and they didn't have a small enough needle but that she'd try anyway and if it didn't work they wouldn't charge me. Well it didn't work and I actually had a terrible experience the next day because I wasn't informed of adverse reactions to certain supplements I was taking at the time. I called the office and they never returned my call. Instead I spoke with a very helpful doctor at Sunshine Urgent Care. I still went back in November for another Botox appt and paid in full as I always do for my Botox appts. A year later as of this review I open my mailbox and have an outstanding balance for 3 visits from last year in April, May and November!??? Are you serious?! I've always had a pleasant experience with the nurses and front desk but when you can't trust their billing team, you can't be trusted. I called their billing, spoke to someone for about 20 minutes who confirmed I was right about my November appt and already paid in full for my Botox. However he said I still owed for April and May even though the NP herself said I wouldn't be charged if the sclerotherapy didn't work since their needle was too big. Which really she should have known at my April appt instead of putting me through that agony and literally dying feeling the next day because I took supplements that interacted with it. That alone in itself was negligent.
