I went in one day to purchase an item to complete my set so I could start using ZO products. The lady at the from desk was so welcoming and quite funny as well, she sold me the product I wanted and give me a quick but comprehensive How-To refresher. She also told me about the spa and gave me a booklet on products. She never did a hard sell or anything; just "valuable" information. When I got home I felt like - "I like this place and I would like to give them a try", so I did - today. :) I walked in and still felt joy, lol. The staff was happy, the people in the waiting area were happy all was good in the world. I had my coffee, filled out my initial paperwork and was whisked off to the back on-time. My understanding of the agreement was that it required patients to resolve legal claims through arbitration rather than in court. I chose not to sign the agreement because I was not comfortable waiving my right to pursue past, present or future claims in court. As a result, I was informed that I could not be seen unless I signed it. I believe patients should carefully review any arbitration agreement before signing it and understand its legal implications. This requirement was significant enough that I decided to seek dermatology care elsewhere. I had previously referred several people to the former practice, Divine Dermatology, and have since let them know about this policy so they can make their own informed decisions.

When walking in Zoey and two other girls were at the counter and no one welcomed me or explained what I was required to do for checking in. I stood at the counter two feet in front of Zoey, staring at her, and she wouldn't even acknowledge me looking for information. When answering the phone, Zoey would put customers on hold just to finish personal conversations. Not an atmosphere I would want to return to.
