I was prescribed MRSA pills and cream, the rash is gone and my skin is 10 years younger and not gross and itchy from ivermectin - I had staph. Doctor failed to recognize staph.

Again, if the fee could be applied to the bill, I get it, but the fact that it is a nonrefundable fee that is never applied to any amount that you owe, makes no sense. They canceled my appointment an hour before I was due in the office because I wouldn't pay the fee. They allowed me to schedule the appointment even though I refuse to pay the fee, but didn't honor it on the day I was going in. It shows that the fee had nothing to do with a no-show concern since I was on my way. It made no sense. I definitely will not be doing business again with Westport dermatology.

I am only posting this now because I have since gotten a revision surgery (with a different doctor) which cost me $20k on top of the price of this surgery. I had to travel to Cleveland, Ohio from CT just for the revision surgery because every surgeon I saw in the tri-state area said the nose was beyond their repair and there is only one surgeon in the US who can reconstruct it.
