They cut the glass out to get my inspection and emissions stickers which helped me get them replaced after my appointment. The cost was coordinated directly with my insurance company. Best in the business! My Porsche Cayenne suffered a windshield hit that over time spread across it even though it was supposedly patched by Safelight Auto Glass. I needed it replaced in order to pass my annual state inspection. My service advisor at my local Porsche dealership recommended Jeff's as that is who they use for all of their glass replacement work. The only issue I had was that I had to play a little bit of phone tag between with their appointment scheduler. Once I scheduled my appointment I dropped my Cayenne off at the dealership, received a loner car and a couple days later I had my vehicle back. I appreciate the fact that they let my new windshield set for a couple of extra days to make sure the fit was tight and secure. I was a little concerned as my Cayenne has a $3000 headed windshield, but Jeff's Auto did a perfect job! I have literally had zero leaks or issues since. I hope that I don't need another windshield replacement anytime soon, but if I ever do Jeff's Auto Glass will be the only place I will trust going forward from now on. This company's name should be more like Jeff's Auto A$$. I had worked with these guys numerous times - I even REFERRED them 1 day before my window needed replaced. Long story, I had to get my car fixed. I paid $550 to do so. As I pull out of the parking lot; this dangling mirror (which should have been fixed) was a safety hazard. I pulled over, tried to disconnect it myself, and ended up shorting out my whole vehicle. It was expected to be upward of $7,000 to fix! I needed this car so I prepared to take the hit. Overcharged me! If you're going to go with this company don't ever use their sale vouchers because apparently the workers and owner do not communicate! Owner says 2 vouchers allowed and worker says only 1 charges my card with only 1 discount instead of 2, says I'll get a call from someone and my card won't be charged, guess what.. card charged and no phone call. Jeffs auto glass is terrible. Had a windshield replaced thru dealership with insurance claim. The "technician " destroyed my inspection and emissions stickers. They argued about paying for replacement and I had to have my insurance company call to make sure they pay for it. Now the dealership is saying it will not pass inspection. I had 6 months left on my stickers from previous inspection. Terrible service and I believe was done to help dealership make more money. I will never use this place again and will be telling all my friends and family to stay away from these crooks. Zero stars had to choose one to post. ​ read more

Had car repaired at dealership in Beaver had camera so it had to have the dealership do something to it, so everything looked good until i went to detail it, leaked water by the mirror then further inspection there was a scratch on the inner pillar on the drivers side that they left exposed luckily i was trading in at another dealership for another truck. So i would never use or recommend this place again! read more

I used Jeff's Auto glass in the past and they did a fine job, this review is more about their customer service rather than the actual service they perform. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago to replace my Jeep's windshield at my residence. They told me the technician would be there between 8-4. I let my wife know and decided we should cancel the appointment because she needed to leave by noon for another appointment. I called back Jeff's Auto Glass and they proceeded to tell me that the time constraints were not an issue and talked me into keeping the appointment but that they would have it done by noon. Appointment day comes and at 10:30 am my wife was not contacted saying the technician was on his way so I called. The lady I spoke to said the notes were in there for the technician to have it completed by noon so she tried to call the technician. No answer so she told me she would call me back. Fifteen minutes goes by and the technician calls me back and says he never received the instructions to have it completed by noon and he will not be able to complete it by noon. I called the home office back and told the lady what happened and all she tried to do was re-schedule the appointment. I asked for a credit due to their error and she said we cannot do that. This is poooooor customer service. You could have just admitted your error and offered a small credit, I would've re-scheduled my appointment and everything would have been fine but you chose not to. You might want to fix your customer service problem, car repair is a commodity. read more

I called around in February for quotes on a windshield replacement. Each was similar, but a gentleman quoted me $5 cheaper at $290. Then Covid hit and I put it off under lockdown. I called back in late April and a woman told me they do not keep quotes that long and with a $25 coupon the price was now $337. I found another company who did for $268. read more

Quickly completed the replacement and left averything neat and clean. The next day there was a torrential rainfall and not a drop, no leaks. They even put the E Z Pass back on my windshield. This service was selected because of price but I would have paid more to have a more efficient or reliable service. We called yesterday for a 8:30 time but the company has a 4 hour window which they used to the minute...something that was not explained yesterday. It is now 12:30 and I have to sit and wait for the gasket to set. Balancing the $50 savings compared to an all day wait just isn't worth it. If you accept an 8:30 time, 12:30 is simply unacceptable. If there is ever a next time, this will be the last place I contact. read more

I met with Tim at this location several times to get my car and my girlfriends car checked out. He checked out my car and determined that there were secondary issues, explaining everything I needed to do and did not charge me anything for his time or testing. When getting my girlfriends car checked, he again spent ample time explaining the process and assuring me how quick and easy he could fix everything the correct way. Jeff's auto glass relayed the call with my insurance company for me, and we did all of the preliminary information right over the phone, and made the appointment. Tim from Jeff's Auto Glass, knows his stuff and did a fast professional job, right in the driveway for my convenience. He also moved my stickers back onto the new windshield, and noticed a potential problem with my wiper blades so I will get that fixed. He was neat in his work.
