    Large Iced Chai Latte.

OYE...this review leaves me conflicted. My Rosemary Salt bagel was everything a NY bagel should be...a flavorful dense, chewy interior with a crispy, shiny crust that's boiled before baking.....5 Stars. But, my $7 and change Iced Chai Latte, left little to be desired. Y'all know I'm a Chai snob, so with that being said, I could tell just by looking at it, something was off. The powder was settled at the bottom and the flavor profile just wasn't right. Not sure what brand they use, but not my favorite. Great rewards program though. I'll definitely make another bagel RUN.

Busy Saturday morning at Jeff's Bagel Run. Worth the wait.

My first bagel at this place was a doozy. It was the bagel of the day... chili cheesy crisp and it was excellent. Service was excellent and the line moved fast. I'll be back to try more flavors. The store was clean with a nice layout. I liked that the digital menu board highlighted which bagels were "hot" from the oven.

Service was quick since it appears just putting bagels and cream cheese in a bag. There was no toasting service. They say bagels are warm, so no need. My bagel was not, so I opted to wait and try mine at home when I could toast. The bagel was average, but have to say did not taste much garlic (since that was the flavor I ordered). Strip mall ambiance.

This is their newest location and they kicked things off with a soft opening on Wednesday. From the start, you could tell they really know what they're doing and their marketing was great. They offered a free bagel and spread to every customer all day, which was such a nice touch and got everyone excited to try them. Today they had a raffle for a dozen free bagels each month for a year and people started lining up at 5 AM. I've tried a few different bagels and spreads already and everything has been consistently delicious. You can tell they care about quality and doing things right. What really stood out to me though is the people behind it. The owner, Rob and the founder, Jeff are genuinely nice guys, very friendly and welcoming. It's always great to see a new business come into The Villages and do it this well right out of the gate. If you like fresh bagels and spreads in a variety of flavors, definitely check this place out! Just a heads up, they don't toast bagels or make sandwiches. Some are offered hot from the oven and you can also pre-order on their app to have them ready when you arrive.

Everything that is not a bagel they serve. The Everything spices they use are very salty.

The potatoes had that perfect golden crisp, the eggs were cooked just right, and every bite somehow managed to be rich, savory, and balanced all at once. It is the kind of dish where you keep taking "one more bite" until suddenly it is gone and you are mildly offended about it. The Barbacoa Chilaquiles came in strong with bold flavor and just the right amount of attitude. Saucy, layered, and satisfying without turning into a soggy mess, which is honestly rare. The Elevated Egg Sandwich lived up to its name. Clean, fresh, and put together in a way that makes you feel like you made a responsible life choice while still enjoying it. Hardwood smoked bacon did what bacon should do. Crispy, flavorful, no complaints. And the Project Sunrise coffee was smooth, easy, and exactly what you want backing up a meal like this. Everything felt intentional, balanced, and actually worth the price. This is the kind of brunch that makes you forget all the mediocre ones. Five stars without hesitation. Just note the quality of food they use, and enjoy.
