Super fresh, scratch bagels. We have been here several times now. They have an app you can download - and you get a free bagel, if you order through the app, once you sign up. Their "fun" thing is that they offer a Bagel of the day, which motivates us to go back through the week if its a flavor we really like. For example, some of this weeks flavors are: Miso sesame, Spicy Cheese It, Blueberry Lemon and Garlic Bread. We had to make a special trip for the Pizza Bagel a week or two ago. They will slice your bagels if you ask and they sell "spreads" to go on them, such as plain cream cheese, or Lox with cream cheese, and they have limited time and usual ones too. Want Mango, or Vegan, or Brown Sugar Cinnamon? So far we've only done the Lox one. They also have all the usual bagel flavors you would expect - onion, everything, asiago, jalapeno cheddar (one of my daughter's favorites), sesame, plain, cinnamon raisin, etc. They also do iced and hot coffees, lemonades, iced tea and refreshers - my daughter loved the Dragon fruit refresher. The one thing to note is that they do not put the spread on your bagel, so you can't order a bagel with cream cheese, but you can get little tubs of whatever you want and they will slice it and give you a wooden knife to do it yourself. Never eating plain old cream cheese ever again! My head is spinning with all the delicious cream cheese and bagel combo options! We had to stop while visiting our grandparents in the Villages and everything was so good! We will definitely be back! Jeff's serves up some good tasting bagels. I ordered the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño spread. (Creative right?) The service was quick and the flavored cream cheese was smooth and flavorful. OYE...this review leaves me conflicted. My Rosemary Salt bagel was everything a NY bagel should be...a flavorful dense, chewy interior with a crispy, shiny crust that's boiled before baking.....5 Stars. But, my $7 and change Iced Chai Latte, left little to be desired. Y'all know I'm a Chai snob, so with that being said, I could tell just by looking at it, something was off. The powder was settled at the bottom and the flavor profile just wasn't right. Not sure what brand they use, but not my favorite. Great rewards program though. My first bagel at this place was a doozy. It was the bagel of the day... chili cheesy crisp and it was excellent. Service was excellent and the line moved fast. I'll be back to try more flavors. This is their newest location and they kicked things off with a soft opening on Wednesday. From the start, you could tell they really know what they're doing and their marketing was great. They offered a free bagel and spread to every customer all day, which was such a nice touch and got everyone excited to try them. Today they had a raffle for a dozen free bagels each month for a year and people started lining up at 5 AM. I've tried a few different bagels and spreads already and everything has been consistently delicious. You can tell they care about quality and doing things right. What really stood out to me though is the people behind it. The owner, Rob and the founder, Jeff are genuinely nice guys, very friendly and welcoming. It's always great to see a new business come into The Villages and do it this well right out of the gate. If you like fresh bagels and spreads in a variety of flavors, definitely check this place out! Just a heads up, they don't toast bagels or make sandwiches. The menu boards above the register are live TV monitors, and as the hot bagels come out of the oven, the manager can change the menu monitors on-the-fly to show exactly which type of bagel is currently "hot." However, over time I experienced inconsistencies in communication, scheduling, training opportunities, and expectations. I often felt that concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, and that standards were not always applied consistently across team members. What disappointed me most was not the workload itself, but feeling that effort, initiative, and professionalism were not always recognized in the same way for everyone. I wanted to contribute, learn, and grow, but ultimately the culture and management approach were not the right fit for me.
