I went there today to wash my car. I have been there many times but today was just totally unbelievable. More than half of the vacuum hoses were broken and unusable, the air pressure guns did not work and there were no towels And window cleaner available. I had to vacuum my car with just the hose part the handle is broken on a lot of the parking spots. I will not be back after using this facility for many years and every time I have gone recently it has just gotten worse.I am only giving the one star because I have to read more

I've used this car wash several times, its definitely well taken care of for a car wash. The attendants are great and do a decent job. I am very picky when it comes to car wash, and protecting the paint on my vehicles. For a touch free car wash this is the type of wash you should look for, no damage to paint, no swirls and no debris filled sponges and rags scratching up your paint. With that said, if you have baked on bug guts, these type of washes will not remove them, any car wash that can remove them without elbow grease is probably damaging your paint. Didn't get all the bug gunk off the front. That part was a bit disappointing. It would have been helpful if the guys that did extra brushing on the front and back, did our front bummer to get the bugs off. But other than that, the wash wasn't too bad. We did the max price. We have had a better job done with other places; but it wasn't too bad. We didn't do the vacuum because we just wanted the wash. The rest of the car looks excellent. read more

I really want to like this place. It's location is so convenient, just off of the Circle. My favorite car wash was Premier (beside Jalapeños) and it closed down this year, so I decided to give Goo-Goo another chance. The price is now $5 for the basic car wash. Because rain was in the forecast, I didn't want to spend anymore than I had to, so on my final visit I chose the basic. You pay at the machine, roll your windows up and then the attendants (dressed in dress clothes and ties) brush down the windows. When you exit, you pull to the parking arm/gate and it raises to let you out. I never utilize the free vacuums, but that's a bonus. Here is why the lack of stars: my car didn't look like it had been touched, even the windshield that received the extra brush down, still had splatted bug ruminants. So, I basically gave my $5 donation to the guys in ties and I'll have my car rewashed when the rain passes. read more

This is my go-to car wash. I choose the $6 no frills option, and always instruct the associates with brushes to pay close attention to certain spots (bugs, bird poop, etc.) because they will not come out during the wash. After the wash, I use the vacuums furthest away from other people, I've found that the suction varies and the least utilized vacuums the are most efficient. Sometimes the lines are long, but most of the time it's worth the wait to drive a clean vehicle. read more

$7 basic wash. You get a free air freshener. They clean your tires and a little bit of your hood in the front and back before you entire the wash. Free vacuum after the wash. As expected from a $7 car wash, it's not the greatest every, but the free vacuum makes it worth it. Make sure you try and clean spots that will be hard to get off before going in. Of course this is just a machine wash, but you get what you pay for. There are options for upgrades, which I personally do not feel like is worth it. The vacuums are definitely better at the end of the rows. I've had no problems with long lines, but other reviews said it can be pretty lengthy. This is my favorite car wash in town. They pretty much wash your car with a soapy brush before you ever. Very friendly, fast pay without someone standing there trying to upsell you like the newer car washes in town. I have tried others all over Lexington, but keep coming back to this one. read more

The express wash here is such a good deal - $4.00 for a car wash and then available vacuums to get the inside clean, too. We discovered this little gem a few years ago and always go back for both of our cars. No frills, but quick and easy way to get your car looking good. read more

This has been my go to when it is too cold to manually wash. Always seem to do a decent job...conveyor is too narrow though and a pain to line up car. Like that they pretreat before sending you into the wash. read more

My wife went to goo goo car wash with a brand new car two weeks old. When she came out there were two scratches on the car. She notified the attendant and they filled out a report and he said they would be in touch in a few days. Four days went by no call so she called them. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to in a few days. Five days no call. We made an in person visit to the car wash and were told we would have to talk the owner but they could not give us his name. Another week goes and still no call.
