The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.

For A $25 wash I expected better than this. This also happened on my rims. The place looks pretty but that's about it. They have to do better before I come back but I've already been burned twice. You know that old saying, "Fool me once, shame on you...... ". No wonder they want you to take the unlimited plan maybe it's because you have to take your vehicle through multiple times. I'd give it one star but because it got the majority of the dirt off the windows excluding the upper rear it's a 2. They won't pay for the repair but they will offer you a free wash so they can break it off again. The woman even explained to me how they brake them off by using a drier to give you a better wash. I encourage everyone to report problems with this business to the State AG.

These guys are horrible. They damaged my 4 brand new tires, destroyed my alignment, and refused to…read moredo anything about it. I drove directly under 1 mile from getting my new tires to Zips for a Premium wash, including tire protection. My steering wheel lurched hard to the right, 2 times, and my new tires squealed in protest. Scared the heck out of me. I immediately notified 3 attendants that I was concerned about damages to my new tires. I offered to let them look under my car to see the damages, but they refused. I drove home, and found out my alignment was shot, with my Camry pulling hard to the left. I submitted a claim on their website, but was told by email I had to drive back to Zips and have the attendants submit it for me. I did that. The next day, I received an email declining any responsibility and refusing to pay for any fixes/damages. Just paid for a new alignment. Seems like every time I go to Zips, their equipment is messed up. First, the initial device to clean my bug encrusted front bumper wasn't working. Second, they dumped a ton of hot wax on my car, didn't clean it off, it dried on, and I had to go back for a 2nd wash to clean it off. Next, I went and the conveyor belt was broken and they closed down. And when they damaged my tires and wiped out my alignment, the tire spray I went specifically for was not working. When I reported the damage, they had to manually spray and wipe my tires. They are the WORST. I have to submit online reviews like this, and consider legal action. They are HORRIBLE!
