I've been a Yelp Elite for 10 years and have over 900 reviews. I called Ron around 9:45 PM when our serpentine belt broke near our Condo. Ron answered and said even though he was not available, he would send his right hand man there and he'd be there at 8AM sharp. I sent the car model/VIN so they could get the parts asap before heading our way. Great, I thought! The reviews were right. Now this is where things stopped. I called at 8. I called at 9. I called at 10. Ron's so called "right hand" wouldn't answer my calls or texts. I kept calling Ron and he kept assuring me that the guy was going to show up. 11 o'clock no answer. 12 o'clock no answer. 1 o'clock no answer. 2 o'clock. He finally answered the phone and said he would be on his way shortly. The guy finally showed up at around 3:15 PM to work on the car. We had spent the entire day waiting for him to show up instead of enjoying our last vacation last day of vacation. Little did we know this was just the beginning of all of the issues we would have with the car. It was the serpentine belt. But when the guy went to lift the car, he jacked up our Honda pilot via the oil pan. Anyone with a brain would know that an aluminum pan is not going to hold the weight of a car. This immediately resulted in oil spilling out of our car. He was unable to find a replacement pan for us so he had to use some sort of epoxy sealant to seal the crack that was in the oil pan and we kept our fingers crossed that we would get home ok. There was no apology for this added damage to our vehicle and there was no Compensation for the damage they caused. And when we got home, we had to spend almost $800 getting the oil pan replaced because of the incompetence of this company. This company is a sham and takes advantage of people who are out of town and needing their vehicle fixed in a timely manner. He charged us $500 to replace the serpentine belt. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I asked him for an estimate before buying the parts, but he didn't offer one. When he got to our house to start I asked again for an estimate, to which he replied "I'll be fair ". When the job was done, 3 hours later he asked for $400. I was shocked, but paid him anyway. That's about 135/ hr. In my view, that's a lousy way to do business-especially when dealing with a repeat customer.

Pros:  - He comes to you, so the worry of having to drop your vehicle off, find a ride or waste time waiting around is eliminated - His prices are very competitive. - He explained his requirements for the service, recommendations, provided knowledgeable insight on the service and vehicle, and provided a quality finished product. - For a Full Detail Service it took him and his son approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete. Cons: Due to his busy schedule I had to wait 6 days for the service.  He gave me a rough estimate as far as the time he would be able to arrive to do the service. It was longer than I had hoped, however he made multiple calls to keep me updated of the delays. *Note: in the reviews there were complaints of unprofessionalism, response competency and appearance.  As far as the complaints are concern, the man may not be an English major, or wear a tuxedo to the job, however he is an auto detail specialist and I highly recommend him based on work ethic, pricing, and most important finished product.

Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We never heard from him again, tried to call with no answer, I left a message basically begging him to respond as we needed this repaired before we left to go home. The owner then texted back to say he would call shortly. That was 3 days ago and we still have not heard from him. We called TNT mobile repair instead and they are fabulous! Very responsive and it turns out we only needed a new hinge, not a $500 door and it was fixed next day. Our experience with DNA Mobile RV Repair (Dalton Booth) has been unacceptable from start to finish…read more We contacted Dalton on August 4, 2025 after storm damage to our RV. He quickly provided an estimate and assured us he would handle the insurance process and complete all repairs, including awning arms, fabric, body damage, and a roof issue that later became a full roof replacement per insurance requirements. A check was issued directly to him on October 2, 2025, and we delivered our camper to his shop on October 13. What followed was over four months of excuses, broken promises, and dishonesty. We were repeatedly told: * Parts were delayed * Other campers were ahead of ours * Weather caused delays * He was sick * Technicians called out * Motors were faulty * Fabric was measured incorrectly * Parts were "out for delivery" * He would be there "next week" We were given multiple completion dates that were never honored. When we finally brought the camper home in December, we discovered: * The roof had NOT been replaced as implied -- it had simply been rolled with sealant. * The original damaged awning arms from August were still attached. * The camper had not been resealed as previously claimed. * Our 50-amp power cord was missing. When confronted in person, Dalton admitted he had lied to us multiple times "to buy time." Even after that admission, the delays continued. No-shows. More incorrect parts. More promises. More excuses. In late February 2026, Dalton also tried to buy us out, knowing the issues we were having, by offering us a weekend stay at Splash RV. As of March 2, 2026 -- almost 5 months after he received payment -- our camper is still not fully repaired and we have no firm completion date. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. Taking payment, failing to complete contracted work, and repeatedly lying to customers is unacceptable. We strongly caution anyone considering this business.
