I ordered two stools from this company and they were not advertised correctly and were too tall. The boxes they came in were completely destroyed so I had to throw them out. I called the company and they said the only way to return the items was to pay for shipping them back. I went online, they made me print and pay for two labels ($37 total) to ship these back. AND since their boxes were so destroyed, I had to buy 2 new boxes for these for another $20. THEN I had to print the return form, fill it in (of course it's not a fillable form) and then put it in both boxes and then tape it up, ship it back. A $180 order, ended up costing me close to half of what I paid. I order parts all the time from different companies and I will never order from this company again. They make it difficult to return anything, in hopes you will just keep it and not deal with it. They are a complete and utter scam and I will be writing this review anywhere and everywhere I can. read more

I thought summit racing was bad. These guys are just as bad. Ordered a radiator that should've only taken a couple of days to get here took a week and showed up damaged. Call to tell him they say they are shipping a new one out next day air three days later I get an email saying that now it won't be shipped out until 17 July. I've already been waiting three weeks for a radiator. If any of you guys need parts your best bet is to go directly to manufacture forget these so-called middleman shops. Because they don't have it in stock like they say they do they have to also call and get it from the manufacture. Was looking at a motor to order the first of November 2021 and cart said motor would ship the middle of November so I called and ordered the motor on November 8th and was told motor would ship Dec 15th. So on Dec 15th I call jegs to inquire about order and was told they would call vendor to check on order. After checking with vendor I was told it would be another 2 months before it would ship. So I asked about being compensated for the delay as I was planning a trip as soon as I got my motor in. Was told by customer service the would send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience which I told them that was unacceptable so she told me she would put me with her supervisor which could compensate me in some way so he says he will call the vendor himself and check on it. He gets back with me and says that it will more than likely be the middle of June 2022 before my motor ships so I asked about compensation for the inconvenience and he says all the could do was send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience and that I could cancel my order if I was unhappy with the service or compensation they offered. So I started checking around to see if any other companies could any better. I decided on waiting before I made a decision on any of it. Well I get up this morning Dec 21st to a phone call from a shipper wanting to schedule a time to deliver my motor from at worldwide. Everything just went wrong from the beginning. I ordered a set of pads and rotors for a brake service job. (FRONT AND REAR) The parts came in at a reasonable delivery time. I promised my customer I would get it done same once the parts arrived. Long story, the parts arrived and I was missing 1 rotor or the front passenger side. I had already taken off the 2 front wheels and ready to start working on the car. Noticing that I'm missing one rotor. I called my customer and explained what happened. The customer was very patient and understanding. I called JEGGS right away and explained what happened. I asked if they can overnight me the rotor and they said no it can only be regular shipping. Bad customer service because It's not my fault you send me a missing part. I told the representative that I needed the front passenger side multiple times before I got off the phone for their mistake. So I've waited a couple days and the rotor came in. When the rotor came in it's the wrong rotor. Instead of a front passenger side they sent me a front driver side. Now I'm very furious about the situation. I'm an independent mechanic and promised my customer I would get it done ASAP. I called them again and explained the situation. I finally got the correct product and got the job done but my customer wasn't happy with the time frame it took for the brake service. From a missing part to sending me a wrong part. I'm satisfied whatsoever with this situation. I believe the most they could've done was overnight me the correct part. Okay being a fair person, will over look the low eating I posted. The order did finally arrive. It became one agent told me one thing, and nothing happened. Call later on get yet another reason. Call the next day told something else. Follow up late evening told another line. I believe it came down to lot of agents not relaying 8n notes all that was said, such as would be shipped that day , another was lost then damaged label they made a new 9ne fed 3c was sending the package out. Still nothing called the next day fed ex returned it. I made a request,jegs managers agreed to honor my request. Would I order from jegs again? Depends on the matter,in the past had 3ver order delivered when it was 3xpected date. It could be still apart of the holiday with the returns or etc. It just been the wrong time to order that in the winter only few warm days shop local. I will say all those agents I spoke with were most pleasant couple 3ven friendly. Took few seconds to talk about off the matter, showing customer service. The parts have arrived as said,box is undamaged,the parts are correct as recommended for my vehicle by the manufacture. It was frustrating to get the parts needed. Jegs does sell high quality parts at competitive pricing, will match another. For the parts I ordered to help cure a DTC code and the vehicle I'll running then of been more patient. I made the mistake of not purchasing through Summit Racing due to a part that a sales rep could not find. I ordered nearly 1300.00 worth of parts and some mistakes on shipping address as well as email address where made. Not sure if the rep was hard of hearing. I called Jegs in the hopes that the rep who answered would correct the situation. They got the email right but the shipping address is still missing my unit number. I advised the rep I am moving in one month and I was assured parts would arrive long before then. Parts are all on back order so now I would have to call them back. I am canceling my order in the morning and having my credit card company reverse all charges being they are highly incompetent people. Save yourself the trouble. Zero Stars.... I just wanted to let you know how totally disappointed I am with your service. I ordered (2) Isolators on 11-20, turns out that Jegs charged my credit card for (4) and charged me 456.96. I have spoken with Pam 5 or 6 times trying to get this screw up taken care of, unfortunate that I was sent (1) isolator last week still waiting for the 2nd isolator along with the credit for the other (2) i didn't order. I have spent thousands of dollars with Jegs building all 3 of my cars but at this point Im going to send all of my business to Summit who's track record is 100% better than how Jegs has faired this far. Placed and order that stated specific shipping dates. 1st date went by, and I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. I had to call and check on why that was. They stated that the manufacturer is delayed, and now it would be 2 more weeks. The 2 weeks go by. And no shipping confirmation, no communication as to what's going on. I call again, and they say they're not sure what happened and they would email, and call to let me know. 2 days go by, and again nothing. I call again, and they say oh it will be another month now, it's still delayed. I wait another month, and guess what happened...? Nothing. Do not buy any thing from them they will not stand behind anything they sale I bought a Holley racing 830 carburetor and I'm vary glad I had it put on the dino it worked fine on the front two but didn't work on the back two barrels it started popping and sputtering it feel off by 300hp the machine shop tried everything to fix it to prevail so we put and other carburetor on it and it worked perfect and so I call jegs to tell them what it was doing and they told me word for word " you are on your own we are not going do anything about it, why don't you buy the carburetor they put on it and sell the carburetor we sold you to someone else and let them figure it out" wow is all I can say to them and that I will never buy anything from them ever again!!!! read more

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for a fuel injector kit on June 8th. Was told it would ship out June 15th which was a little longer than I hoped for but I still went ahead with purchase. June 15th rolls around and I try and track package with no success. Tracking only says it shipped out on June 9th. Fine, so I wait 2 days and check tracking again and it still says nothing but item shipped June 9th. I call Jegs and after being on hold for close to an hour a rep gets on phone and takes my info to look up item. Places me on hold then casually comes back on the phone and says it hasnt shipped yet. I ask when is it going to ship and why wasnt I alerted to date change. She says nothing but "it will ship on the 24th". Im heated but remain calm and polite on the phone. Fast forward to the 24th and I check status and see that it still says Item shipped on June 9th. No other info is provided. So I called Jegs customer service and after another 40 min wait finally get a rep on the line. It was 7:30 pm and she said the manufacturer was closed so she couldnt call them to see whats going on but she saw that it has STILL not shipped yet. She said she was emailing them lastnite and that she would email me 1st thing today with update. Its June 25th and its late afternoon and still no email. So I once again call and after a 25 min wait get a rep. She places me on hold to look up my item and casually comes back and says "it will ship in TWO WEEKS!"....I was/heated that I wasted all this time for nothing. Shouldve went with Summit like I started to. I understand stuff happens but communication goes a long way. I shouldntve had to keep calling about a item when they kept changing shipping info without contacting customer or updating the tracking info. Jeg's had hard to find parts that I needed and somehow had them in stock and shipped the same day. I had everything within 2 days for my classic cars. Very impressive. Only thing I did not like was that the gal on the regular sales line could not answer everything and then transferred me to another sales person. Not sure if I hit the wrong button on the phone system or what. The second sales person was terrific and I was done within 5 minutes. Horrible place to do business with. I ordered a complete cat back exhaust system. I heard a hissing sound. Upon investigation on the sound I found a leak in the actual muffler. I contacted jegs about the issues. Yes it is under warranty but we want you to purchase another one and send the old one back for a refund. WTF!!! Then it took eight days to process the order. Five days later the part arrives. Once I removed the old muffler and went to install the new one the inlet and outlet are the same size as the connecting pipes. Contacted jegs again . Now I am waiting on another new muffler to be sent . I am without my truck. This place and their warranty is a joke..Don't buy from here . Ordered 4 wheels back in sept of 2020. Ship date was the 21 st of October. Well I ordered a staggered set fronts 9 in wide back ten in wide. So I called waiting patiently in November I said where are my wheels. Waited 3 hours to talk to manager bec the first person said they have the 9 in wide wheels he's been waiting fir your rears 10 in wide. I told manager that I really don't care at this point do you have any 9 in wide so I'll just take all 9 inch wide. He said let me call distributor (wheelpro). He comes back on and said we do but hurry hurry buy and we will refund you the 10 in wide. Ok I took the 9 s I had to pay quickly to make sure I get the other two and wait to get refund on 10s. So now I'm 6 wheels deep into this middleman company called jegs. So 3 weeks go by. No wheels no 9s no refund. Ok so I call and ask why no shipping was made. Oh I'm sorry it looks like one shipped from va I got that one. But no more. Now I'm pissed so I call and they give me a tracking they say two wheels in it but your third is coming may 2021. I lost it. Rightfully so. I said ok cancel that one that won't ship out til may so now I've canceled two 10 in and 1 9 in. So I call wheelpro there manufacture they said oh ya we got quite a few 9 s so I bought one from them it came in 2 days with all spiked lug which it has to have with this wheel. I said is there a reason why my lugs aren't in the jegs 2wheels I got this far. Wheelpro said no they should be in there. I called jegs back ask them for my lugs and extension they said 25 a set so 100$ for all 4. Not right !! So I told jegs kick rocks canceled my last 9 and order straight from wheel pro again. Wheel pro said I'll send you the 15 lugs for free. So in the end I bought only 2 from jeg lies they refunded for 4 from them. I would advice never ever buying things from jegs they'll lie cheat steal just to get your money. Then completely forget to fulfill there obligations. To me that's bbb worthy. If you look at there bbb rating it sucks. When you have 300,000 people buying parts from them daily it makes them look great on paper but I highly suggest calling jegs ask who supply's this part and just call the manufacturer directly cut out the middleman call center of jegs. I will never use them again. I'm pissed I ever came across this site. If you need more here is one more my close friend ordered a simple 6 dollar bike piece a needle in seat. Ways about 2ounces. He ordered it at 8 pm fri he called back yesterday they said it shipped out they lied. No shipping just a label made. Horrible customer service which leaves you in the dark, ordered some ARP bolts which the site stated were in stock, received an email 2 days later saying one part was shipping directly from the manufacturer. One set of bolts arrived over a week later, no word on the others. Attempted on 3 occasions to get in touch with customer service and hung up each time after over 10 minutes on hold. Had a pic of both sides and no where in the description said each and then offered free shipping again no where in the description did it state it would ship truck freight. So when I called to asked if they would ship today the so called supervisor ( more like dumb dumb ) proceeded to tell me that that is only for one side and I would have to pay truck freight on each of side of 200.00. I explained that you website did not give any options at first didn't even offer or discount the item after I proded him then he offers 40.00 off total order this after telling g me that truch freight was an additional 200.00. Ordered kc189236 for my 99 F350. This is a kit that is supposed to come with all 4 calipers, all 4 rotors and all pads. I paid $728.63 USD. When I got my order confirmation it was split into 2 invoices, which is normal with brake kits, however, the rear calipers were nowhere on the order. I call Jegs and wait 30 minutes to get someone, assuming this will be quick and they'll realize their mistake. No, they said I hadn't paid for the rear calipers and needed to pay for them. WTF? I though I already did? Apparently it was some screw up on their system and the price should have been higher and then it would have included the rear calipers. When I buy a kit that says what it includes it better include all of it, and a screw up on your website is not my problem. In the end they matched a slightly lower price from RockAuto. If your website is screwed up and you advertise a price you should honor that price. Will never order from them again. read more

Their website never said it was on back order only that it would ship in 24 hours. So I decided to call customer service back and their exact response was we have no ETA on this product that it might ship in 2 month, 6months, or maybe a year. I bought a Brand New Eastwood's Mig 135 from Jegs.com ebay store. Eastwood's website & representatives 'claim' that their welder is made with extra heavy duty parts. Sounded good. Jegs.com quickly took my money. The box arrived about 1 week later. It took 30 minutes to carefully set up the welder, load the wire, etc.. When I pulled the trigger .... nothing happened. I went over all of the instructions and all connections. All were correct. I pulled the trigger a second time = Nothing .......Nada ....... Zero....... 1. I called Eastwood ... they wanted ME to repair their poorly made welder. They wanted to mail me another electrical motor and have me INSTALL IT FOR THEM -- FOR FREE. *It's the S-A-M-E crappy, Unreliable motor! Screw that. I will not give Eastwood and Jegs f-r-e-e labor -- for their Low quality welder. Next Eastwood 'passed the buck' .... and said "...you need to call Jegs since they have all of the invoices." 2. About 1 month ago Jegs.com promised me a FULL reimbursement of my $120.00 CASH return shipping fees. ( I had to take time off from work... drive to the Post Office...stand in line with a 63 pound box.... set the 63 pound box on the counter... and pay Out of My Own Pocket over $120.00 in Cash for return shipping fees to Jegs.com. Makes sense now why they closed their other location on OH. It's probably because they're going out of business due to their horrible customer service. Case in point, I called these jokers to order a 6k dollar supercharger and they flat out lied and said it was in stock. Come to find out later from talking with Ford Racing, Jeg's hasn't been able to sell the FRPP kit for over a year and a half yet their Web site shows it as "In stock"? Please. Now it's been over 17 days and they still haven't released the "pending charge" from my credit card. I called to find out why they suck so bad and got some obnoxious woman on the phone who kept spewing out the same robotic nonsense while simultaneously talking over me the whole time. When I tried to explain the situation, all she had was lame default response as to why the order couldn't be completed. I asked to be connected to the finance dept. and was told they don't talk to customers. LOL, yeah they're going out of business alright.
