So many choices for replacement had us confused, but Jenni took the time to help us decide which shingles would look best for our home. After a large tree limb from a silver maple fell on the roof of our home, leaving behind a decent size hole in our roof, we called 3 roofers for estimates on repair. Felipe from Jenesis was the last of the 3 to come out, but I am sure glad I waited for the third bid. Not only was his estimate fair, but Felipe himself came out to do the repair and went above and beyond, listening to my concerns and addressing each perfectly. I have only good things to say about Jenesis Roofing. I'm in the new home construction industry but needed my roof replaced on my personal home. I had a shake roof that was badly damaged by a hail storm (finally). The problem that I faced was the depreciation factor of my insurance payout which left me short of proper funds for full replacement. Jenni helped us navigate through the insurance process and did what she could to help with submitting supplements so we could get as much as we could. She was not only helpful but very prompt in her response time. We had a window of good weather that we wanted to do the replacement and she was able to accommodate the replacement which couldn't have been more seamless. Her crews were very prompt, respectful and cleaned up incredibly well! My father in law was in town while this work was happening and I was pretty sure he was going to have them all in for dinner upon completion. Great experience from start to finish. We have 2 homes, one in Denver and one in Centennial. The Centennial home had a shake roof (the dumbest type for Denver) and really needed to be replaced along with the gutters. I really wanted to do dimensional shingles, new gutters and gutter covers. Our house is a large 2 story with garage and a decent pitch on the roof. The whole experience was wonderful and the follow up exceptional. We even had some issues with the HOA and Jenny (the owner) actually helped us deal with everything. There was one hiccup, the delivered the wrong color gutters but was remedied immediately. Love the roof, the color and the overall process- no hassle at all and it looks beautiful! Truly great communication, price and customer service. We were one of the lucky ones who were caught up in the Hail Storm of 2017 in May. We live 2 miles from Colorado Mills Mall (which was destroyed for 6 months). Our neighborhood was inundated with Roofing Companies who promised the world and were even stalking and uncomfortable at times, always wanting to know what our insurance company was paying us so they could mark up their cost. Jenesis was different, professional and excellent. Jenni was constantly in touch, sent top people, the clean up was above par (not one nail was found), and the gutters are amazing. Jenesis Roofing just completed my second reroof, first one was in 2005, hail damage both times. If anything they have gotten better. The whole process took 8 days. On Thursday March 13th, Jenesis's three man crew tore off and replaced my roof, the next Thursday the "punch" man checked the roof, painted the roof penetrations, and called the city for an inspection on Friday. The city approved the roof Friday AM, (We had snow on Tuesday into Wednesday or the roof could have been inspected earlier).
