They were respectful, clean, and detailed. I don't know a lot about siding but when I see them take care to pick up every nail, all trash, and be sure to secure the gate every time so our dogs can't get out, it makes me feel good about all the other things they are doing too. The company was also wonderful about communication and keeping us in the loop about the timeline for the project. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.

Our home looks beautiful. The crew was very professional and thorough, cleaning up after themselves and taking great care of our property. Our main contact was Danny and from the get go he was very friendly and personable, working with us to get the desired outcome. The only negative was the lack of communication at times. We understood it was the busy season and there were a lot of other ongoing jobs besides ours, but at times we found ourselves reaching out to find out what was going on with scheduling more often than a client should. But once everything was scheduled the work went really fast and everything turned out great. Definitely would recommend Road Home Exteriors.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

We had Vivax paint our house in October of 2023, and they did a fantastic job! We chose them because they do their prep the right way--we'd had previous bad experiences with another company that didn't, and watched an expensive paint job get ruined as a result. Vivax takes the time to prep thoroughly--power washing, pounding in loose nails, priming areas that get a lot of exposure to snow and rain, etc. We opted to pay a bit more to get the best "level" of paint, which comes with a nice long warranty. Our house looked really beautiful when they were done! The best part came this past month, though! I filled out the warranty form to get some touch-up painting done in areas where we'd had some work done (and where an annoying squirrel decided to chew some trim...). I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, given how most companies deal with warranties. Well, I heard back from Alexa in the warranty department in less than 24 hours, and was scheduled to do a walkthrough of our needs with Dylan shortly after that! Justen was at our house later that same week, and our touchups were taken care of quickly and efficiently! All three of these awesome people were friendly, professional, and seemed truly driven to give us the best possible experience. I love that our house looks beautiful and will for a long time because everything was done the right way with the best materials, and can be maintained whenever we need it! Thank you so much to Vivax and Alexa, Dylan, and Justen! You're definitely doing something very right! And for people shopping around--we can't recommend Vivax highly enough! Well worth the investment to protect the major investment of your home!

As far as we know so far, the quality of the work was fine. However, workers broke two of our paver tiles when tossing the old roofing materials off the roof onto the ground. Dylan assured us he would replace the tiles. Weeks went by without him offering suitable options, then months. Frustrated with this lack of progress, I offered to help look for paver tiles, which Dylan took for an excuse to continue to sit back and do nothing. Up until this point, I gave Dylan deposit checks on the spot and made online progress payments immediately when requested. I decided to withhold additional payments until the broken paver tiles were replaced, however, thinking the unpaid amount would encourage the company to finally finish the job. Instead of motivating Accurate America to complete the project, though, they instead sent emails threatening to turn us over to collections. I stated our position that the job wasn't done given the failure of Dylan to replace the tiles; that I would be more than happy, even eager, to send them the final payment when that occurred. Fast forward another month with no tile replacement. Now Dylan threatens to file a lien against our home unless the invoice - less $500 for the tiles, which he finally admits he has no intention of replacing - is paid. I'm no lawyer, but this feels an awful lot like extortion to me. So the end result: Accurate America got their money. We got stuck with replacing the paver tiles Accurate America broke and never replaced. And Accurate America gets this lovely review and a complaint to our insurance company for their unparalleled customer service and follow-through.
