This woman was actually rude enough to call me trashy, as "only trashy girls get their tongues pierced". Her dental hygienists are just as rude. They don't even perform a complete dental exam as they've done at every dentist I have been to since! They make you feel like some derelict off the street and make snotty comments about your teeth, and I never even so much as had a cavity! I was her patient from the time I was a young child, well into my adulthood and I'll never go back, especially after being called trashy! They gave me a terrible fear of the dentist, which is finally getting a bit better now that I've found a great dentist at Brookside Dental in Allentown. I would never recommend her practice to my worst enemy!

The office has friendly staff and a pleasant front desk. I really appreciated the thorough and efficient service we have received both times. This office respects your time and won't hold you hostage waiting in the waiting room. My only complaint is having to wait months to be seen. It's somewhat of an ordeal with consultation (that takes weeks to schedule) - then the insurance red tape-then trying to get an appointment especially when you are in the midst of excruciating pain. Excellent post op instructions. Thank you Dr L for taking care of my husband. They try their best- there are too many people needing services and not enough resources here.

She reviewed my medical history and identified concerns that she addressed and provided medical protocol that needed to be followed prior to my surgery. She identified concerns with my cancer treatment which could cause issues with my recovery. This was not identified by the other dentist I have seen. In short, her attention to detail, and concern for my health resulted in a quick recovery and no issues. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone. I went in for my initial consultation on Monday June 1, 2026. I was told they completed a prior…read moreauthorization with my insurance company and everything was completely denied. That was a lie nothing was ran as a prior authorization. I was told I would have to pay 1,040 dollars out of pocket PRIOR to my surgery. I split the payments up in two days on Monday and one Tuesday. I was supposed to use a mouth wash prior to my surgery and called with leaving three voicemail. It was never filled until AFTER my surgery. It should have been a red flag with that. Then my surgery date comes and I explicitly asked if I could just have numbing medicine because I don't do well with anesthesia. I was told I'd have to be put to sleep. I was having an excessive bite within my cheek surgerically removed. The billing through my insurance was all flipping messed up. I was awake for the whole surgery despite what the billing charges say. I was charged for four separate deep sedation intervals of 15 minutes each. Excuse me what? I was awake for the whole thing. I've had several surgeries before and know the difference between being asleep and awake. I could hear what everyone was saying and what was going on. When I questioned the doctor at my follow up appointment on July 2, I was told all sedations no matter what strength are a universal code. If I wasn't fully sedated with being completely out with deep sedation, why was I charged with it for four separate 15 minute intervals? The best part? My surgery date was on June 16, 2026. The claims through my insurance was not charged until June 17, 2026. Dr. Reddy was nice. The front office lady was rude and prolonged me receiving my overpayment because they then turned around and charged my insurance after I had paid for the entire surgery out of pocket. I hope people steer clear of this place honestly. Get a second opinion and DON'T PAY FOR A SURGERY BEFORE YOU CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND ENSURE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WAS SUBMITTED AND FIND OUT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY OWE. They should be looked into for insurance fraud because they had me prepay my surgery fully ahead of time then turned around and submitted claims through my insurance. They got double paid and knew it. Then dragged their feet paying me back my money I was owed.

I went in specifically for one tooth issue, and although there were other issues as well, he addressed my main concern and got to work right away. Extremely professional and down to earth. He is very straight forward and even gave me options and listened to me. I am recommending him to anyone and everyone I know. The only down side I have is the long wait in between appointments. Such as I went in mid March and wont have a follow up until beginning of may. But that is to be expected with only one doctor. This place is absolutely amazing!
