My fiancé' and I began searching for our first home in March of this year. We heard the market was tough and we were looking for an equally tough, but understanding realtor that would be there for us when we needed her. In comes Jenni. From the beginning, she was very pleasant and went straight to work by asking what details we were looking for in our potential home. She quickly set us up with an excellent loan officer. She set up a (free) customized portal that was tailored to our specifications. From there, Jenni began setting up tours of houses we were interested in. Despite the fact that Jenni lived far from our area, she was very flexible with our hours and never once showed up late. She was ready with a printout of the house's details and gave us many things to think about when looking for a home. She answered many,and i mean many, of my questions at practically any time of the day. She provided us many of the technical details for buying a home while still making it simple for us to understand. We soon made a bid for a home. Jenni talked strategy with us in order for us to be competitive in a seller's market. Unfortunately, our bid was not accepted. We made a bid for another house, and, again, we were not accepted. After some deliberation and guidance form Jenni, we improved our offer for the first house we bid on since their previous offer fell through. They were in the process of signing an offer already, when Jenni swooped in with our new offer and we were accepted! We thought it would be impossible to get that house, but Jenni managed to submit our bid and get us accepted. How did she do it? Well, you must work with her to find out. Jenni managed to help us buy a house in the craziest market in recent history, in about a month. That is all it took for her to work her magic. This review, however lengthy, does not do her service justice. It does not include the how she kept us in the loop at all times when speaking to our loan officer and the seller's agent. I did not explain everything she told us to look for in a house and what pit falls to avoid. After she gave us out keys, she still reached out to us. I asked for some recommendations for a garage service and she was right on it. Even her recommendations are stellar. She still contacts us to ask if we have any questions and the progress we have made in fixing up our backyard. All in all, it was such a pleasure to work with Jenni. This is the one and only realtor I will ever have. When we buy our next home, Jenni will be my realtor. When we sell our first home, Jenni will be realtor. This is going to be a lengthy one. I wanted to start off with mentioning that I'm a first time home buyer. Being a first time homebuyer there's a lot my wife and I didn't know about the process of buying a home. Jenni was referred to us by a coworker I ran into approximately 2 years ago. We were up in the air about where we wanted to live but, after 2 years my wife and I to decide to stay in Sacramento. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and knew we wanted to buy our first home within 6 months or so but didnt know what we needed to do make this dream a reality.
