Finally, seen Dr & Matt his PA..had total hip replacement in May 2024 walking next day no pain & used walker 2 days after that nothing to assist me. I didn't have PT . Well 3 months later I had the right hip replaced. No pain. Same exact results! I can move like I did in my 30's.. I was very active & lifted over 80lbs daily repeatedly to care for (handicap daughter). This was the best decision I've ever made...it has been life altering. Told me all I needed to do was exercise more. Even after the recent CT Scan report noted that the fusion failed. He told me it did not fail and my pain was not real. Also told me if I go to 10 different Drs I was get 10 different answers. Then stormed out of the door. Thank God my husband was with me and he is my witness. Unbelievable. I was very impressed that Dr Pigeon was attentive to my concerns - he listened well and addressed my situation with knowledge and with compassion! It's so great to meet a Doctor who is knowledgable but not "know-it-all" ..who listens, and does not seemed rushed (although he is obviously busy & booked up in advance). Everyone there are nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. If you use gps to get there it may take you to a different building but those ladies are kind and will help you find your way.

We have always had a great experience at this center. The front desk team is professional and friendly. The nursing staff is top notch, and we were impressed by the level of before and after care. For his last surgery,(knee arthroscopy) we were out of network for the facility, but the office staff (thanks Chris) there worked with us so we did not have to change surgeons or go to the nearby hospital which would have been a huge hassle. The facility itself was spotless, and the reception areas and other rooms look almost brand new. We would recommend having an orthopedic procedure here, the service is much more personal and the experience a lot less stressful than some of the larger facilities.

When infection set in, he would only prescribe 7 days of antibiotics at a time... Not nearly enough. Infection kept coming back full force. Excruciating pain! It actually eroded my bone to the degree that my former hammertoe cannot be fixed! I'm 77 y.o. and now have a floppy 2nd toe! He also put a pin in my Big toe because he thought it was too far away from the next toe even though that spacing matched my other foot. The hard part was that he was very nice and I was referred to him by my awesome Urologist. I should have done my own checking and not taken her advice. There are many other very negative reviews of this man online!
