She's a magician. She got me the place I needed and it seemed impossible, but she made it happen.

They are incredibly knowledgeable on the Seattle market, professional & personal, thoughtful & constructive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our home was positioned for a timely sale. They provided sound advice & support on work needed before listing our home, staging our home, listing timing and ultimately the listing price. Their individual backgrounds in construction and marketing are a perfect combo; it was this power house combo difference that really set them apart from other realtors and why we chose them. Their work and suggestions were rooted in transparency, accessibility, timely follow through and underscored by a personal touch. You've read this far- you're already in the ballpark. Choose Scott & Molly, they are fantastic agents, humans and advocates for their clients!

My partner and I worked with Scott & Molly to make our very first home purchase. We went into the process super green and in need of a team that would get us up to speed and do a little hand-holding along the way. We learned SO much by working with them. Scott & Molly both bring a valuable set of skills to the table - along with their many years of real estate experience in the Greater Seattle area, they also have backgrounds in construction and architecture which helped us feel secure in our purchase. Each time we went to see a house, we could trust that Scott & Molly could tell us everything we would need to know about the house and what work it might need. We ended up finding a house that we absolutely LOVE and are so grateful to have worked with Scott & Molly to get it done. It also doesn't hurt that they're just a fun couple of folks to spend lots of time with as you search for a home! :) I could not recommend them more!

Where do I start?! I've been looking for a property to invest in on the east side for over a year…read moreand I've just been baffled by how aggressive the pricing of the market was. I met Chris through a mutual acquaintance and I was so impressed with how professional he handled my needs. I wanted a 2 bedroom condo, close to the freeway. Wasn't too picky with the floor plan but a updated kitchen was top on my list. We worked together for 4 months since I was still hesitant on buying, but he showed patience and continued to provide additional options. Plus, the summer was full of high offers that didn't fit my price range but Chris showed me a beautiful townhome in the Renton area built in the 2000's and had the kitchen options I needed. With the options he provided me and my credit score, he presented loan options that would help me get the home I wanted sooner. It was a little further from the freeway than I expected but he assured me that being a little further from the freeway would help me gain more appreciation for when I needed to sell or rent out. I wouldn't want anyone else to handle my real estate needs and I will be sure to invite friends and family to meet with him for their home needs! Thanks again Chris!

With the holiday season and a baby on the way, Chris knew time was crucial. With his skills and persistence they accepted our offer right away and was able to move in to our new place before our 2nd baby arrived. So if you are looking to buy a house or sell, I highly recommend Chris. He goes far and beyond your expectations and makes sure he is always available when you have questions or concerns. He doesn't wait for you to call him, he calls you to see if you have any concerns. Thank you Chris for helping us find the perfect home in such s short amount of time, you're awesome!

Contact with him between hundreds of emails and phone calls was always met with a very quick response. We had surveyed some other highly rated realtors and ultimately decided to go with him based on his demeanor and ideas about how about to market our home. We did not agree with all his suggestions, and therein lies his greatest strength. His ability to listen, discuss his own experiences, and ultimately leave the decision making to us pressure free. We were able to contact him several times a day if need be and complete everything in a timely manner. He did a lot of small odds and ends work to save us the hassle of contracting everything out, since we were not on prem to do it ourselves. We were able to get above the asking price, which may or may not have been attributed to hot market, but nonetheless, his staging of our home was surely part of that equation. He invested a lot of time and energy to show our home in its best light and his ideas were well executed. This also played out in the great photography for the listing itself. The closing itself was without hiccup and Brent had no problems explaining multiple times, how the process was going. If we had any questions along the way, he was happy to explain them in a truly professional way. Highly recommended.

When I got to this house the broker Jim Gram looked us up and down and decided we didn't belong in his listing. He refused to acknowledge me when I tried asking questions about the house and then found it necessary to follow my grandmother and I into the basement. My grandmother and I felt so uncomfortable we decided to leave before seeing any of the other rooms. After getting into my car I looked back to the house and saw that Jim Gram was recording us with his cell phone. I've been to many open houses in the past and I've always found the agents to be very helpful and kind but after my experience today I don't see myself attending an open house again any time soon. I would never hope to work with a man like Jim Gram.

We recently purchased a home where Randie Stone of Windermere West Seattle, was the selling agent,…read moreand it was a very disappointing experience. Randie was rude, slow to respond, and regularly got even the smallest details of the negotiation and transaction wrong. In regards to our financing, we used Navy Federal Credit Union, the best and highest rated credit union in the United States. She bad mouthed it from the start, saying she didn't know if she could trust our financing because she'd never heard of NFCU. She even requested we put up more earnest money because she didn't trust NFCU. We found this highly disrespectful on a personal level, and also to active duty and veterans. When it came to closing, Randie did not make sure her clients left the property in a suitable manner. They left behind toxic chemicals, paint, and junk. The place was filthy. She also pushed us to accept a "free" refrigerator in the storage unit, but did not disclose there was no 220 outlet, and that we weren't allowed to plug it in and run it. We had to pay to have it removed. Also, there is a HUGE cut out in the living room carpet that she nor the owners disclosed. They covered it up with boxes when we did the walk through, and left a carpet runner over it when they moved out, as if we would not look under it or move it. Overall, we found Randie to be rude and highly unprofessional. We have bought and sold several homes, so we know what a good agent looks like. Randie Stone is not that agent.

This is an addendum to my previous review Re; Jennifer Larson:…read more Response from Jennifer Larson on 7/8/2021 - (on a different website) Hi Belinda, Your review is untrue, on every single point, but you already know that. Despite an escalating onslaught of abuse by you over the months we worked together I was the same professional I have always been. I looked out for your best interest, referred you to an agent in Boston and helped you throughout your search and finally with your purchase. You have been abusive and unhinged for more than 6 months now- I will ask you again to please leave me alone. Unfortunately Zillow gives any person the ability to libel Realtors on their site with essentially zero oversite. You can even insult my appearance - as strange as that is. Before your home sale even closed I referred you to another agent due to your abuse. I took the video of our walkthrough after discussing you with my broker. We both decided that to protect myself I had no choice. You are unwell in my opinion and I became uneasy with the rage you directed at me after refusing to give you the money you demanded. You also called my broker to demand I not receive my commission despite the fact you were not the one paying my commission. I asked then that you never contact me again due to your abusive language and abusive behavior towards me. Your ongoing campaign of harassment is and has been documented. You have continued to harass me via email and online since I asked you to never contact me again. I will ask again, please do not contact me and please leave me alone. I refused to to give into your demands that I pay you for your home warranty. I had already gifted you $2000 of my very hard earned commission- my refusal to pay you any more money has resulted in a near endless campaign of lies and abuse. Please stop. As I said in my last email, I wish you the best in your new home. I sincerely hope you can find some happiness. My rebuttal: As anyone reading this can see, Jennifer Larson is clearly the aggressor. She is defensive due to her guilt and is responding to her fear that she is now exposed. Each point stated is the truth and are pure facts. An honest agent would not respond in this manner. She incriminates herself with aggressive, delusional, intimidating tactics. This only shows her true colours. She is blaming the customer (the victim) for her lack of professionalism. She has a duty to represent her client. She failed to do this. A person blaming the victim Is pure evil. The 2000.00 was part of the negotiation. It was not a gift to me. Negotiation is part of the agents job. Jennifer uses the word harassment flippantly. She is the harasser. Others should be spared from experiencing the chaotic, disorganized, & lack of support that was experienced with this agent. It is my duty to inform the public. The public should also be aware that Jennifer is not willing to accommodate in her vehicle. (Some sort of Ford - Some people use Covid to benefit themselves) We met at each location separately during our oneday of viewing properties. I was on foot yet surprisingly she would arrive later. She also stated that she had taken a hiatus from the industry and that I was her first client in some time. With the outlined issues, I thought that maybe why she struggled so much. It also makes you wonder about the 5-star reviews. Those are certainly suspect. It's interesting that she refers to her one day of work as "hard work" and that she couldn't afford to gift a home warranty. She's the luckiest, richest person if you keep in mind, one day of looking and then a 22K commission. It was an easy, peasy slam dunk and she should be grateful, not wickedly hostile. Recently, I discovered that the King County Sales records were recorded inaccurately. I reached out to this agent for advice. She chose not to respond. This is another example of her callousness. (Take the blood money and run) Fact: Jennifer's boss Scott arranged for the AHS warranty not her. As stated, with other agents, gifting a home warranty is part of the closing process So much so, that these companies have a real estate department to handle setting up the real estate gift to buyers as it is so common. He was a reasonable person to work with. I recommend that the public stay away from Jennifer Larson but consider Scott to represent you on the purchase of your home. He knows what he is doing and conducts himself in a professional manner. I was grateful to have the opportunity to work with him albeit brief at the end as he had to clean up Jennifer's mess.
