They were very informative about why this window had failed and I had a bid by the end of the day. I pondered a couple different options for replacement and ended up going with what was being replaced instead of matching the other window next to it. Paid deposit thru web portal and then communication was quiet for ~1 week with no follow up to inform when the build might be complete and ready to install. Received call about another bid which got this one back on track WRT communication and what to expect. Got couple messages about changing the install appointment, first earlier, then later an hour later. Was ~2-3 hours after the original appt time quoted the week prior. Installers came and took care of everything. I introduced myself and then they told me their names. When they were done, they just left. Felt like an odd interaction, but everything went smoothly and no more broken window, so not dwelling on a different experience than the rest of the interactions I had.
