Kevin use precision instruments. I mean prior contractors for floor leveling used a 6-foot leveler tool. Kevin use laser beam for seeing the spots for evenness. He uses a beacon tool for distance from any spot to wall. Seems more precise to me than bubble level tool and a retractable tape measure. Kevin won us over with his eager smile and trustworthiness. Of the four bids we got his was the second cheapest. It was easy to choose him and his company because he was so easy to talk to. We did a lot of texting because I travel for work and was out of town during most of the process. My wife and two sons were home to see the process and relay any concerns to me. Anything that was a issue, I relayed to Kevin and he took care of it. He forgot one transition piece into our carpeted bedroom. He came back to address that. We hired Kevin and his crew to replace our existing laminate flooring and stairs with hardwood.  Instead of going with prefinished hardwood flooring, we agreed with Kevin to put down unfinished wood and allow his crew to finish the flooring to our specifications.  We were much happier with this option because Kevin has a very large variety of stains and we ended up with a floor color that we both really liked instead of whatever limited options there were at the various flooring stores.  When it came to the actual work, Kevin and his crew were here everyday at 9:00am and worked until 5:00pm.  Kevin was always very professional and kept us updated on times and what to expect for the day.  They also cleaned up after every day and did all of the wood cutting outside to minimize the dust.
