One word for Jennifer: Spectacular! I was looking for a professional photographer for my daughters senior portraits. I had heard great things about Jen so I made an appointment with her. Let me say that I have never done this before and was not sure what the process was. Upon our first meeting, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Jen was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We discussed themes and possible locations. She was completely open to traveling. My daughter wanted a princess themed shoot with ball gown and all! Jen knew the perfect places to shoot the pic's and completely understood my daughters vision. She helped pick out the clothing, accessories and all. We also booked Jen's stylist who did my daughters hair and makeup prior to the shoot. The day of the shoot was amazing. I tagged along. We had so much fun. My daughter truly felt like a princess and I can't thank Jen enough for that. Jen was so spunky and enthusiastic and kept the entire shoot fun and exciting with several different locations and poses. The pictures turned out breathtaking and we could not be more pleased. I absolutely recommend Jen and will definitely use her in the future. Her prices are extremely reasonable and I have ordered prints and senior announcements/party invitations from her. Jennifer Rapoza is professional and a well respected photographer. Our son was on her 2018 Senior Modeling Team, and it was a fantastic experience. She had a professional contract that we reviewed together that outlined exactly what was expected of us and what we would receive from her. There was no ambiguity in our professional relationship. We traveled to Las Vegas for the WPPI Convention, and our son was a model for her National Model Network Team. She was always early to our meeting times and escorted her models to each photo shoot to make sure they were settled in and comfortable. She never left us wondering where to go or what to do. The kids came first before her needs and classes. She is extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to the smallest details. The photos are perfect, and we are using her again for our next graduating senior for 2019. I read the two poor reviews on here and after dealing with Jennifer, I have determined that those reviews should be discounted and ignored. It is common to leave bad reviews when one doesn't get their way. If I had any reservations, I would not expose my child to her a second time. From the first phone call to receiving our beautiful family photos, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jennifer was very thorough in her questioning of our expectations for family photos and offered helpful tips on what to wear for the photos. Jennifer is warm and friendly and was wonderful during the photo session. We had nine people and she was open to the many different requests we had for photos (grandparents and grandkids, siblings, spouses, etc.). We had four kids in the group and Jennifer was fantastic with them and put them immediately at ease with the process. Jennifer was wonderful with my daughter Sierra's senior portraits. She really captured "who she was" in the photos. The session was over the top amazing! She actually got into the freezing cold water of Knights Ferry (not in Summer) to get the perfect shot! Jennifer understood the sensitivity and arrangements of divorced parents and understood our needs with packaging. I had some photos taken by Jennifer in April 2012. Not only did the pictures turn out fabulous, the photo shoot was so much fun! I felt like a model! Jennifer photographed our large family of 28, and the photos turned out beautiful!! She also photographed each individual family, and got some very special shots of grandparents, and great grandparents, with all of the grand babies...priceless! And did I mention that it was freezing, and even with all of those people, she had us done, and back in our warm cars within an hour? Jennifer photographed my 3 children ages 5, 3, and 1. Jennifer stated photographing young children is like photographing "jack rabbits." I couldn't agree with her more, and, she was able to pull a rabbit out of her hat and took beautiful pictures of my children. She was patient and took frequent breaks, as is necessary when attempting to make young children sit still. The location choice was perfect and I am very satisfied with the end results.
