When I first got there, Kelly had me fill out a piece a paper that helped indicate some health background. She then sat down with me and went through where I wanted to focus my massage on. Overall, the massage was worth it and relaxing for me. I'm sure at times I kept drifting off here and there. I had told Kelly that my trapezius muscles and low back were my constant buggers and she did emphasize on those. I've since seen her 3 more times for more of a full body massage, and she has intuitive hands. Without my telling her, she knows exactly where to pause and work just by feel. She is very open to feedback about pressure and checks in appropriately for my comfort. The room is very relaxing and the heated massage table is a plus. I really like that Jacqueline has me sit and update her on my symptoms before we start the massage so she can plan out what she recommends we focus on.
