One time she had to cancel an appointment and apologized what felt like a thousand times--it was honestly the most sincere cancellation I've ever experienced! First time to Jenny's and she did wonders for my skin already. I came in without super high expectation, as Ive had some below par experience with Groupons, but she went beyond and above with her expertise and patience. Skin feels soft, dewy after - with the aloe Vera/ 24k liquid gold/ and collagen sheet mask. She also added a less intense micro-dermabrasion on top for me, as my skin as peeling from Accutane badly... To start off, the location is a little conspicuous on the 2nd floor, and I just want to share so people can find it. The actual spa itself is small, but very clean, with a warm undertone lighting and relaxing music. I almost always hated the extraction process in any spa, but Jenny made it less scary and painful (actually not at all). She was also very friendly, and welcoming, and made the entire hour enjoyable. Not only she really took the time to pamper my skin, she also told me a lot of knowledge that my dermatologist didn't even care to share/know about my current medical routine. I am currently starting with Accutane and Jenny made sure I was aware of its side effects from dehydration to kidney stones. I can remember walking into some posh spa a while back...I don't have great skin even at 30, so I wanted to get a facial a few days before a date. This woman at this spa, who I'm pretty sure only needed to splash some spring water on her face every morning to look perfect, looked me up and down, and then said with a slight sneer "Okay...but I'm not a miracle worker, you know."
