Th worst customer service in person and on the phone!
I went to Dr. Yang based on my doctor's recommendation, who works one floor up, in the same building.
I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, since I was told I needed to fill out some new patient paperwork. When I approached the front desk, the Hispanic gal said, "Have a seat, I'll be right with you." Since she didn't ask for my name, I sat one chair away from the front desk and in her line of sight. She chatted with another gal, did some stuff on the computer, and answered the phone. Nothing urgent to not assist me, especially since I had eye to eye contact with her 3 times. Each time I got up because I thought she was ready to assist me, nope, she put her head back down. After 30 minutes, an Asian gal came up front to assist a new arrival, I stood up and went to her line. I told the gal, I arrived early for my appointment and was now 15 minutes late. She said not to worry. I looked over at the Hispanic woman and confronted her about not helping me or asking me to come back to the front desk. She seemed a bit taken back. She asked, "Well, did you fill out the paperwork?" I sternly told her, "How could I? When I arrived and waited at your counter, you told me to have a seat. You didn't ask for my name or why I was here. So no, I didn't fill out any paperwork."
I finally was called in to see Dr. Yang. She called me on Thursday and asked me to call the office. I complained to her about the front desk, and pointed out the employee. Due to the lack of a prior test result, she said she would call me when she received the report. I called the office, got her service, relayed my message, and she called back a couple of hours later. She said, "My office will contact you to set up your surgery." I asked her if I should call in to make the appointment, she said no, her office would contact me. Two weeks later, no call. I called, left a message, no return call. Now it has been 5 weeks, I left another message, again speaking slowly giving my full name, and phone number two times. No call back.
Don't bother going here, I should have left after being ignored for 30 minutes. read more
