Came last minute and was gladly taken as a walk in. I did have to wait for maybe 10 minutes but that's ok. My threader was a little heavy handed so it was a little more painful but the end result was great. Prices are great too. It's was a little hard to find because it's such quick turn just before a traffic light. I'm sure during the day the parking could be a little tough for those 4 buildings. I forgot to use my quick in discount but hopefully next time I can use it. read more

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded. They take walk ins but also accept appointments through their website. I came during the day on a Friday and there were a few people there but no wait. They had two people working. Threading took about 10 minutes and cost $11, but with the Yelp check in offer, I got $1off. My brows looks great. Can't wait to come here again soon! read more

Ladies who work there were great but not sure if I would go here if I wanted anything but threading. I came in to get wax and the worker tried changing my mind to do threading even after I told her I was very sensitive. The wax wasn't the best quality and didn't get all of my hair and I was rushed out due to more customers coming in. She ended up using thread to pluck some extra hairs left over which is what I didn't really want in the first place. I will have to go come and pluck the rest of the hairs that are left myself. Updated review. I've traveled county wide for the best eyebrow threading. Sunita is it. I had an unfortunate experience elsewhere recently and she helped not only correct said wax disaster - but also, told me when to come back, and what to do in the meantime. She takes walk ins, but you also have the ability to schedule online super easy. The hours are convenient and she does a fantastic job. She cleans the chairs between each appointment and I feel comfortable goin especially now in a very uncertain time. read more

This is my second time here and I would recommend it for sure! The price for eyebrow threading cannot be beat and they do such a great job! The first time there was a few people ahead of me but still didn't have to wait long and today was taken right away. There is also a wax option if you do not want to get threaded. read more

*Writing this review as a person who has been getting threaded for 10 years. Today was my first time having a full face threading done by Sunita. The experience was very pleasant. Key notes: -good conversation, and kept it short which is what I prefer -not sure if it were her technique or her thread, or both, but this was the least painful experience I've had for threading -her hands were clean and soft. At the end she brushed off my face with them in an almost light massage movement that just added an extra touch of comfort read more

Came to visit family in the area from out of state, ran across this eye brow threading place after a quick search on the maps app. My experience was great. Quick, simple, walked in, waited less than 5 mins and I was in the chair. I didn't have to say anything besides " just the eyebrows ". Best threading experience, even better than my regular back home. Thanks to the lady that did the service. I will be recommending you to all my friends and family in the area. I came here today for the first time. It's on Main near Harlem, with plenty of easy parking. Sunita is the proprietor, and she's great. Everything from threading to waxing is offered here. Plenty of options to choose from. Open 6 days a week, and if needed she's probably willing to come in special times if you call. Great addition to the area! read more

First time having my brows threaded and I will no longer be waxing. I opted for the threading and tinting as my color of my brows is very light. Very happy with the results. Sunita did a great job and made me feel at ease. Having the brows tinted is really convenient as I don't have to play around with penciling and filling them in. This was my first time here and my first time getting my eye brows tinted and threaded! The owner was extremely friendly and professional. The salon was super clean, she used all new products and it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish! It was $25 for a tint and thread which is a great price. Cannot recommend enough! They are so absolutely awesome here-consistent brows every time for a super adorable price. The owner is super kind and they have a great rewards system--after you fill out your punch card with visits you get a free eyebrow threading! Amazing location and place to have waxing and threading done authentically. This location is very comparable to locations I go to in NYC. No appointment required- you can drop right in unless getting a Brazilian (appointments required). This is the ONLY location I go to in Buffalo faithfully. The owner is a sweetheart. read more

This was my first time having my brows threaded. I hate plucking and I'm allergic to waxing so a friend recommended this place. The threading was quick and was less painful than plucking and waxing. She mentioned toning my brows, I have naturally dark hair and lighter eyebrows. She put the toner on then showed me my brows, I looked like Eugene Levy. Not gonna lie panicked. She joked that it was going to stay like that. A sense of humor is a bonus. The only thing I would say, it needs music. Very quiet in there, which makes it kind of awkward waiting for my toning to be done. I will definitely be going back though, my brows look great! read more

I been going here for a year now and I have never been disappointed once. Sunita is really amazing at everything she does. I been threading my eyebrows and upper lip with her and I couldn't be any happier. She really takes her time when she does your eyebrows to make sure you get the perfect shape. She's very sweet and she always makes you feel welcomed. I am so glad I found her she really keeps my confidence boosted every time she does my eyebrows. On top of her threading services she offers waxing as well. I been doing my under arms and brazilian with her. She always make sure the wax is at the perfect temperature. She offers two types, honey and sugar. On top of that everything is very sanitized, covid friendly and clean. I have had no issues what so ever. While it is painful to get waxed she does make the process very smooth and painless as possible. I can't recommend enough. Very high quality service with reasonable prices! read more

I started going here when they were in the Walden Galleria Mall and always had wonderful results with my eyebrow threading. When Sunita said they were moving to their current convenient location at Main/Harlem I followed ex her due to her professionalism and expertise. This is my second time coming to Prime Brows Threading Salon and I have to to say this is my new favorite threading salon. The owner is very friendly, also she is the first person I seen during the pandemic to not use her mouth with the threads she uses a tie around her neck and I was shocked how it actually worked without taking off her mask. Her salon was also super clean and she made sure she followed the right social distancing guidelines with her clients. I would 10000% recommend her she is the best :) read more

I come to this place regularly for full face threading and Brazilian wax and I couldn't recommend it enough. The owner does a wonderful job in giving instructions. I get a perfect treatment from an expert who understands what I want exactly and charges lesser than other salons. She offers all services in waxing and threading.
