Rushed and did not follow my request. I was left with one eyebrow arched and the other not, and when I asked about it, I was met with a complete attitude. The customer service was disappointing, and I did not feel listened to or treated professionally. read more

Sunita is easy to work with, she does beautiful work! I like that she understands what I am requesting, no language barrier.

Came last minute and was gladly taken as a walk in. I did have to wait for maybe 10 minutes but that's ok. My threader was a little heavy handed so it was a little more painful but the end result was great. Prices are great too. It's was a little hard to find because it's such quick turn just before a traffic light. I'm sure during the day the parking could be a little tough for those 4 buildings. I forgot to use my quick in discount but hopefully next time I can use it. read more

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded. They take walk ins but also accept appointments through their website. I came during the day on a Friday and there were a few people there but no wait. They had two people working. Threading took about 10 minutes and cost $11, but with the Yelp check in offer, I got $1off. My brows looks great. Can't wait to come here again soon! read more

I had an unfortunate experience elsewhere recently and she helped not only correct said wax disaster - but also, told me when to come back, and what to do in the meantime. She takes walk ins, but you also have the ability to schedule online super easy. The hours are convenient and she does a fantastic job. Ladies who work there were great but not sure if I would go here if I wanted anything but threading. I came in to get wax and the worker tried changing my mind to do threading even after I told her I was very sensitive. The wax wasn't the best quality and didn't get all of my hair and I was rushed out due to more customers coming in. She ended up using thread to pluck some extra hairs left over which is what I didn't really want in the first place. I will have to go come and pluck the rest of the hairs that are left myself. Wax was $15. read more

Key notes: -good conversation, and kept it short which is what I prefer -not sure if it were her technique or her thread, or both, but this was the least painful experience I've had for threading -her hands were clean and soft. This was my first time having my brows threaded. I hate plucking and I'm allergic to waxing so a friend recommended this place. The threading was quick and was less painful than plucking and waxing. She mentioned toning my brows, I have naturally dark hair and lighter eyebrows. She put the toner on then showed me my brows, I looked like Eugene Levy. Not gonna lie panicked. She joked that it was going to stay like that. A sense of humor is a bonus. The only thing I would say, it needs music.
