The cloth is loose and plays slow (even for Simonis), even on the rails, making the table play long. The table wasn't level (not even close--they used a 2 ft carpenter's level); I had to level it after they left because they refused to help me level it. And I found a huge chip out of my brand new quartz counter top on my island closest to the table. I just replaced the counters within the last year ($10K) (They must have dropped something on it.) At least the pocket facings are done well, but there are ripples all along the undersides of the rails. Paid nearly $1000K to have them set up and re-cloth the table. They were nice, but they won't set foot in my house again after the damage to my counter. I wanted to leave a good review, but they did just about everything they could to prevent it. 3 people were probably too many people for the job.

Danny was friendly and communicated well throughout the experience, from scheduling an appointment and walking through what he was checking and how he had seen similar issues with other customers. He yelled and said that they were taking up his customers spots. Then they asked if he wanted them to move their car. The old man just continued to yell at them and point at things, even though they were being nothing but kind back. I was going to yell back and say "what customers?!" , but the young man obliged with the old grumpy guys hostile confrontation, and went and ran and moved his car. I went and talked to them after and they were just picking up a car from the shop next door, and would've been parked there for 10 mins. He was very very unwarranted to be so rude to them as they just did not know where to park. I would NEVER buy something from here because of that interaction. It also looks like nobody else is either because that parking lot is only ever filled with employees cars. Should put up a sign if you don't want people to park in your parking lot. There's a lot of other places to buy these things in Orem and Utah county. I personally do not support people that yell at ANYONE, no matter their age. There's no reason to do that. It looked like a swamp with coffee grounds in it, along with a hammock, dirt and weeds! We needed the pool cleaned ASAP as she was getting ready to sell her house. Although Izzy was completely booked 2 weeks out, he made time after his regular work day to come out and take care of the pool. He ended up having to drain it, power wash it and then refill it. It looks like a brand new pool and we couldn't be happier!! Izzy went over and above as other pool places we called couldn't come out for at least 2 weeks. But it's a sad truth that there are a lot of people who are there to just get a deposit or a check. Never to be heard from again as a company owner myself this really hits me on a personal level. If something like this has ever happened to you call us and we will discount as much as we could to try to help you become a whole again. I am not physically capable of lighting. I would rather tell you the truth and have you mad, rather than tell you a lie and have you even matter when it's not generally fixed. Not that people would consider honesty a downside.
