I was raised with respect, morals, values, integrity (to do the right thing whether someone was watching or not), dignity and whatever else it takes to be a good upstanding respected person in this world. Respect is earned not given. It's not because of the quality of their work, it may be great for all I know but because of their business practices. I requested a quote for a white vinyl panel fence to be extended from my backyard around my entire house. In my request, I asked for an itemized statement of how much material will be and how much labor will be. The sales person told me oh we don't do that. I'm standing there thinking and saying well how do I know what I'm paying for? He stated the owner said you "can take it or leave it." Well let me tell you something owner, I don't do business that way. Apparently you do business with people who have so much money they don't care if they get screwed out of it without getting a kiss...I on the other hand do. I want to know what I'm paying for upfront whether it be $20k or 1M! Having said that, you keep on trucking down that road you're on now and pray it doesn't catch up with you one day by the people reading this and saying to themselves, wait a minute, she's right...that is how we do business in the good ol' USA! I too want to know exactly what I'm paying for! OOPS SORRY! GUESS I SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY TRUST YOU SINCE YOU ARE A PASTOR! KIND OF LIKE TRUSTING ALL OR EVEN ONE POLITICIAN(S)!
