Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Before we even met Donna, a friend of ours referred us to her and after hearing his success story we were excited to get started. From the first phone call to the closing table, she was right there beside us and no one has ever made us feel as much like we were part of a team. During the search for our future home, she was extremely quick to point out anything that might cost us money or not suit us in the long run. She is an extremely sharp negotiator, and if she can get you a deal on a house, she sure as heck will. When any hiccups during the lending and underwriting process happened, she was right there answering our phone calls and navigating us through it. Looking back on it, if it was any other person I don't think we would have made it through as positive as we did. She does what she does because she truly enjoys helping people find their dream homes, and that is why she was our choice.
