I messaged her through the Contact page and was able to set up appointment within the same day. From then, we spoke over the phone to align on the details and she was able to help walk me through her process. She also had a proposal guide which was helpful and answered all of my questions. On the day of, she and her husband did an amazing job blending in with the crowd. The proposal went off without a hitch, even with a bit of rain that delayed the moment just a bit. She worked with us for the next hour to get some amazing shots as the sun started to break through the clouds. It really made that day feel that much more special. At the end of the day, she shared the highlight photos which came out great! It was nice to be able to relive the moment since the actual event was such a blur. A few days later, we also received all of the photos she had taken. It was such a smooth experience and the photos turned out wonderful. If you're on the fence, don't be discouraged by the few reviews on Yelp. MacKenzie was wonderful and is highly recommended.
