They tell it like it is in a very tactful and get-down-to-business way. When you're up against the clock, and you don't have a lot of time to be indecisive .. they can help you make sound decisions, as they are experts at their craft. Our hotel venue could not let us know where we could have a moment for the first look, but they scouted out the best spot right away. -great communication. She was kind, laid back, professional, and went above and beyond for us. First off, our videos were edited and back to us 3 weeks after our wedding (SO FAST). Especially with how many weddings vendors are taking on the 2021 season, I was so impressed with how fast our wedding video was delivered. Second, we absolutely love our video - the quality is great. Our package allowed us to have our entire ceremony, vows and toasts in addition to the highlight video which I really appreciated.
