So this was my first time here. My family and I see the business all the time but we made a point to come by when we were exploring our city. Alanisa took great care of us and answered all of our questions. My treat was tasty but I will be honest it was not what I was expecting. We thought that they had gelato but they have Jelati which is a combination of the ice cream and Italian ice. Now if you have a little one they will love it because it is full of sugar. I love that they have a variety of flavors and different sizes depending on how much sweetness you are looking for. My kid and I got minis and my husband just got soft serve. I also love that they let you have samples to help you decide on what you want. The store has inside and outside seating but you can also easily take your treat to go. Jeremiah's is always a win! I love this new spot in burleson. Living in Orlando, I loved Jeremiah's and I'm so happy it's here! It's ideal for any day and it feels so light since it's Italian ice. I can't wait for it to get hot and to come with my friends and eat together. It's so clean and so nice here, I really appreciated the staff for letting me and my friend try a lot of samples. For your birthday they give you a coupon in the app for "any free small". I ordered the Small Favorite S'mores. The cashier said "that will be a dollar". I said "it says any". She said "it's in the small print". I said "it only says it doesn't cover sprinkles or layers. I didn't add those". She said, "sorry it's in the small print". I paid it because I'm not going to fight over a dollar. But I'm really getting tired of companies saying one thing and then nickel and dime you. By the way, their small is really small. So, we decided to try Jeremiah's since we were in the area and the boo had never tried it before. I think Jeremiah's got something good going here. The food: they have a number of different flavors and combinations to choose from. You really can't go wrong. I tried a small Strawberry lemon and it was delic. The service: the service was speedy. The servers/employees encourages you to try samples and they're so nice about it when you ask for a sample of your choice. Not to mention, they're very accommodating and listen to your needs before recommending a flavor, flavir combination, or any of their sweet treats. I'm not sure if we encountered the owner or not, but we felt like movie stars when ordered. We were definitely given the royal treatment. As we walked back to the car, I looked around to see how the employees were treating other customers and they were being treated just as good. That's definitely a good sign.
