Ok so I have had highs and lows at this restaurant it was good then one day I go in after church and order some chicken tenders and for some reason decide to pull the chicken apart and what I see is raw completely raw chicken I go up to the counter and ask for a re make and was very mad because I could have gotten very sick and I also announced i know I shouldn't have but did to tell the people not to buy the chicken about 3 months later also today I ordered a chicken sandwich and i bit into it and I couldn't get any chicken off only breading so I rip it in half and it's brown and in some spots pink the workers weee nice and remade it but I am done with raw and bad chicken agian great staff but hit or miss with the food 4 stars for the staff 0 for the food 1.5 stars over all but I'll give 2 read more

Went through on a budget as most do these days. Drive through server was so rude and told me I couldn't order just a burger I had to order the full meal. I asked her why and she was just quiet. I don't eat fries nor need a soda at 830 at night. She told me she fixed it. No drink and no fries. But I was being charged full price. I told her to just put a water and give me the fries. I was told to move up. No problem. I open my burger at home I just paid 10 for and WOW! It looked like vomit. I'm a single mom doing the most and exhausted. After that treatment I wasn't going back. We came because why not. We couldnt hear what the person at the speaker was saying so I went to the window and we waited for about 10 minutes until someone finally showed up. The lady at the window was giving us attitude saying that she was speaking loud and clear and refused to take our order until she just left us there for about another 5 minutes. Then another lady appeared and took our order. When we finally got our ice cream and shake, my ice cream was pretty much chocolate milk in a cone. And the shake was terribly blended. When we tried to get someone's attention they ignored us, so we ended up just going to Jeremiah's down the street. read more

Employees at this location need customer service training bad!!! First off, we get to the drive through and the young lady working it is not friendly and super monotone, sounds like she hates her life actually. We ordered smalls and got charged for larges upon receiving the receipt. You get to the window and another young girl makes no eye contact nor greets you and just hands you your order with ice cream dripping all over the cups and just closes the window. No hi, no bye, no thank you, nothing. Hands the order and shuts the window. I will never come back here. Nothing worse than spending money at an establishment where you don't feel you're wanted. Braum's is a whole other level of ice cream. There's everyone else, and then there's Braum's. They have so many flavors to choose from. Some are unique like Hot Chocolate or Cookie Monster and others are classic like Homemade Vanilla or Cookie Dough. Braum's also sells all sorts of groceries, and you can get a burger or the like from the grill. I've never tried their burgers, but maybe I'll give a shot soon. The grocery prices are reasonable, and they carry lots of the same brands you'd find at a traditional grocery store. Their self-branded chocolate milk is like drinking a melted milkshake (that's a good thing). All in all, we tend to come here for the ice cream because it's so delicious, but there is much more to Braum's. Take home a 3-pint container of ice cream, or grab a bag of burgers while you're there. read more

We have been here several times when they are crazy busy. It was a Saturday night and no one was in the drive thru line. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes and one meal. We received our meal but had to wait about 5-10 mins for the shakes. Once we got our shakes we were extremely disappointed. Both shakes contained chocolate ice cream mixed with nuts and marshmallows. We didn't end up drinking the shakes and dumped them down the sink/ the amount of nuts inside of my shake was appealing. I'm glad I didn't have a nut allergy. Terrible customer service. I've been coming to Braum's in Burleson for almost 20 years. I'm shocked at the terrible experience I had here this time. I ordered a burger and asked for my usual chili on the burger. For the first time in almost 20 years, the girl at the counter said 'No. We can't do that.' I said 'you can't put chili on my burger?' ... I again received a firm NO. But, I was told I could buy an entire cup of chili for almost $4. I don't want to spend $4 for the tablespoon of chili I would use for my burger. My bill wouldve been over $10 for a baby burger, a very small fry and a very small drink (I wasn't even asked what size I wanted on either of those items, and my burger was absolutely barren of cheese or condiments.) I mean, they HAVE chili, and for 20 years I have gotten my chili burger here when I have the craving, and suddenly now they can't?? What a shame Braum's is now off my radar for a good place to go. Everyone there seemed to hate their jobs and be miserable. Not the kind of atmosphere I want to spend my money in. The ice cream girl didn't say thank you, didn't smile, didn't say anything except how much we owed. I absolutely hate this new culture of "F*** the customer. We don't care." attitude. Just done with businesses who make my experience miserable because they hire miserable people who don't care about their jobs or their customers. Oh well. Ok, after being to this location it has to be the absolute worst location. Mainly because the young immature kids they have running the store. Tonight, those kids were rude and it's time people stop giving their money to these stores who treat you like crap. The boy who took the order was rude as can be, just kept saying "what else, what else, what else" like he didn't even want to be there. The girl at the window was so caught up in a conversation with another worker we had to honk at her just to get ketchup. The manager (I think) was just sitting there holding a convo and texting on his phone with no regard to staff or anything. Incompetent and rude. I ordered a large strawberry malt. I paid at the window and pulled ahead to get my malt. They handed me a medium. I said, I ordered a large. I was answered, you paid for a medium. That will be $1.50 more. I handed them a five dollar bill. I received 5 dollar bills and 50 cents. I handed 2 ones back. She ordered a flavor that they did not have, but the lady (African American with hair died red) was extremely rude to her asking if a different flavor would work. Gave them another try and same issue but this time we went through the drive-thru. Paid $6.47 for two double-dip sundaes and neither were served with dips worthy of the price tag they come with. They were made to appear even smaller by the oversized lid placed on them. In fact, dips were small enough that lids were really not necessary. The facility was very crowded (wonder how many received smaller servings than they should have but too complacent to raise an issue?) so appears pressure is on to keep the line moving which in turn means smaller servings of ice cream. This is not acceptable and encourage local residents to patronize other establishments where they receive goods that are worthy of their hard earned money. Guess we're done going to Braums as a family as well as with friends. Can't justify spending my hard earned money on such ridiculously small portions. Drive thru for a single dip Sundae and when we questioned the size, was told it was 4oz which is half the size of the container they serve it in. Pictures on Braum's website are at least DOUBLE the size you actually receive in the store. We paid almost $5 for 8oz of ice cream (2 sundaes) with minimal toppings which is crazy and was all gone in about 5 bites. Been going to Braum's for years and I've never seen the ice cream servings so small. Very disappointed that Braum's has gone this route in trying to stretch their profits. Dairy Queen and Baskin Robbins will be receiving additional revenue going forward as I will be advising others to spend their dollars more wisely elsewhere. read more

I don't normally like to downgrade a place so drastically but my last meal here was not a great experience. To be fair I went to the drive thru so there was no opportunity to give the staff a chance to make the order right. I arrived at home to find I had received a soggy burger with fries so salty they were inedible. My disappointment stems from not being able to eat what I've paid for and the lack of quality in the food. I get that Braums is fast food but quality and attention to standards go a long way in any restaurant. I look forward to eating better meals here at some point in the future. read more
